I take reference this Service request no[protected] and like to state that I am repeatedly neglected from your side.
I have complained through email on 5.9.2016 aslo visited Relience House(34, Jawaharlal Nehru Rd, Chowringhee Road, Near Park Street Crossing, Park Street, Kolkata, West Bengal 700071) on same date but still I have not gotten any solution about the matter.
I have already told I was a postpaid customer of Airtel, Relationship No-[protected], after that I have joined as a customer with your organization depends on only reliability and economic service.But still now my address verification is negetive and service is postpond.I have been using this no long time and linked with every where, banking, official, railways service etc.that's why I am facing difficault problem.
Kindly tell me now in details
1.what can/should I do for this?
2.Can I help you any thing as a customer?
3.Will I provide new adress for the same?
4.How much time will I wait for this?
I have never encountered such treatment from any telecommunication organization before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further.I am waiting your responds as well as proper solution form your side soon.
