Reliance Communications — advance rental forcefully added to bill

My bill of july 2017 came with advance rental which i refused to pay and had talk with customer care on.. August 1, at 5.17 pm...10 aug 1.45 pm...23 aug 4.57 pm and 6.00 pm... Everyone confirmed me about removing the advance rental from bill though i paid normal bill on time... But nothing happened and again my next bill came with extra rental... Again i had talk with customer care on 2 sep 4.07 pm from [protected] number... She assured me of no problem further and i paid the normal bill.. Now i am receiving messages almost daily of not paid the bill... I have all the above mentioned calls recorded with me...

Please solve this issue... This harassment is frustrating...
