[Resolved] Reliance Communications — advance rental in my mobile bill | |
My mobile number is [protected]. My last bill contained an advance rental of ₹ 515 for some plan which i never activated or gave my consent to. Yet, these charges have been levied on me and i've been told to pay the bill at the earliest if i want to port out my number. I have been paying my dues regularly and am also willing to pay the correct amount in this bill. I would like to inform the reliance team that if such harassment does not stop, i will be compelled to take this matter further to the consumer court / trai authorities for redressal. To top it up im getting service calls from the collections team asking me to pay the amount and if i dare ask them why oh they can be highly unprofessional and use horrid language. I was expecting more profeasionalism from Reliance but this is extorting money and now its time to bid good bye to reliance for good
