I have applied for MNP on 12.1.2017 to reliance communication and same was activated on 18.1.2017. Immediately on 18.1.2017 my network goes off showing emergency contact only.When i contacted customer care they said, issue will be resolved on 18.1.2017 but it was not happened. when i contacted the agent who has collected the documents, i got shocked that he is not picking up my phone even i tried to call him atleast 40 to 50 times...
Because of this i am facing lot of troubles. I felt very bad experience with Reliance communication for selecting this network.

arding my issue most of the time they discount my phone. Did not registered my complaint. If they pick my call there executive told me that they have technical issue call them after 1 hr or 2 hr, then said give call to your senior executive they told me your problem will resolve in 72 hrs or 6 hrs your problem will resolved but every time limit is cross but my service is not resume.
