Just two days ago you had to waive the charges for the same type of case and after making complaint.Please reverse the charges of Rs. 5.00 and make note that I am not interested in any VAS services My reliance no. [protected] Do you think we have no work except to make complaints for such petty amounts and than getting reversal of charges.?
