[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Again deduction of balance around 237 rs | |||
My contact number is [protected]. I had 237.82 rs balance. I activated 10 rs 3g data plan on 12th october, 2014, which should provide me 30 mb data plus my previous 30mb data totallling upto 60 mb. I hardly used 51mb data and then my balamce was deducted to 0.02 rs. I even received confirmation message from reliance communication that my package has been activated and ussd code *111*1*3# did show me 60mb data valid till midnight of 12th pctober, 2014. as per statistics i hardly used 51mb. 30th september i had faced similar problem and got solved on 7th october. Now again 12th october i facing same problem due to technical error of reliance communications. I am not able to talk with customer care even on 198 which is free as the call gets disconnected from thier end in mid before it is transferred to customer care executive. please refund me my money and i again request to find a permanent solution for this issue.
