[Resolved] Reliance Communications — All recharge money is deducted in the name of services which i do no opt

Sir,
This is to inform you that my no [protected], I recharged Rs 50.00 on 31st march 2017 with Rate cutter of 21.00 what i remember if not mistaken for my family to do Call in emergency because i was out of station at that time.
But hardly doing 2 to 3 calls for around 3 to 4 minutes all balance money has been reduce to zero.
I enquired and told by customer care that i had took some services which they are also not aware and cannot give me the satisfactory reply even i also don't know what services i have took.
How many days this type of looting the money in the name of services the operator will do with the customer without knowing them. Pls return all my balance money to my no and ceased all services except calling and internet if it is availed.

Updated by Jaimanoj1 yesterday on 22nd April 2017 i got around five calls and even from reliance communication about the grievance which i have made and assured after verification of the complaints that my concern is genuine and the amount will be return to my reliance number within 2 hrs. But unfortunately nothing has happend till now and no amount is being return to my no.
