[Resolved] Reliance Communications — All services barred in the mobile number for Address verification after activation of the sim | |||
I have applied for MNP on 7.1.2017 to reliance communication and same was activated on 12.1.2017. Immediately on 14.1.2017 reliance have barred all services as address verification not done. When i contacted customer care and appellate authority, they said, issue will be resolved on 18.1.2017 but it was not happened. they are asking me resubmit document for verification. when i contacted the agent who has collected the documents said, everything is okay and sim will be reactivated on 18.1.2017 that also not done. What is happening with reliance and holding my sim without reactivation. I also requested them to cancel the MNP and revert back so that I will reapply for MNP with another network. for which no answer from them. Deliberately delay the issue. Because of this i am facing lot of troubles. I felt very bad experience with Reliance communication for selecting this network. Store agent also switched off his phone. why they are adamant in reactivating the sim. Even i advised them to depute a person to visit home and collect the document. I want to know whether they are going to resolve the issue or prolong. Was this information helpful? | |||
