Hi,
I made a payment of 141rs on 21st Aug at 11.56PM online via freecharge but its not showing paid when called customer service they are not ready to take any complaint and the response was very pathetic. Reliance customer service sucks, they said to call back after 3 days and last the last day of the payment is 26th AUG, please check and reply.
Also i emailed the complained to email address [protected]@relianceada.com, what they did was send me a duplicate bill, what BS is this.
