[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Am facing the signal/voice break call drop problem from 6 month

Dear team
I am mohd zubair my no [protected] i am using this no from more than 1 year and i am facing the signal/voice break call drop problem from 6 month same i inform to customer care but they r not borders about the issue they want collect money. Before due date they have call properly to payment but compliant they don’t have answer
I inform them do disconnect my services if not resolved the issue this also not doing. So i request u to pls update me my issue resolves or not if not so i think other option for legal or illegal action
