I am a subscribed member of jio. Today at 9.38 am i have make payment by internet banking for voucher recharge for rs. 399/_ payment made successful. But after crediting jio account message came that recharge failure, my a/c details

I have continuasly contact the jio care & customer care executive. Bt they behave arrogantly, telling me amount declined
Sir, i have not refunded the amount not recharge my voucher, this is my business mobile, whole day i am not able to contact
Pl go through the matter... How people's care harrashed
