Dear Reliance, Here is my another email attempt to resolve this issue. I am keep on sending you emails to Deactivate VAS Pack from my account but same was not happening. If you are unable to do so, please let me know if there is any other process to do because I have been charged again for below services...kindly react to this and deactivate the VAS pack and also credit the amount back to my account.
