[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Amount deducted from account in unethical manner | |||
Today (09.12.2015), I suddenly got an SMS that "Amount charged for VAS One97STalkDP Rs 30.00. Current main balance Rs. XXX". But I did not activate any VAS and I did not make any request by any means for activation of any service. This is totally unethical . This is extremely disappointing and a bad practice. Please arrange to refund the amount to my Reliance prepaid account. Was this information helpful? | |||
