[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Amount deduction

Address:Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh, 324005

Rs.45 deducted from my no.-[protected] as ADPAY GSM on 10 march 2016. I didn't activated this vas service. customer care didn't answer this issue accordingly and i want refund. Reliance deduct many times from my no.as vas service of rs5. or 10 .Please help me.
