Reliance Communications — amount is not refunded | |||
Hello, My Data Card number is [protected]. My dongle was not working and after had a word with customer care i came to know that in my main balance amount is zero. So i have recharged my main balance and then my main balance was deducted due to reliance technical problem. it happened twice. I have registered a complain with customer care and they told me it will resolve in 24 hrs. But now it is 48 hrs and problem is not resolved. whenever i am talking to customer care, they are not behaving good and transfer my call to unrelated person. what the hell is this. very very bad reliance services. i already given this number in my complaint.
I have one more complaint that why customer care commits for 24 hrs if the issue is not
resolved till that time. it is more than 48 hrs and still issue is not resolved. As per my knowledge this is
very small issue and same cases almost come every day to you.
Please let me know how much more time you needed to resolve this.
