Reliance Communications — Arbitrary balance deduction repeatedly | |||
Sir; I am again so much disappointed due to reiterated deduction of my account balance of no.[protected]. It reiterated within week. This deduction made by reliance on 04 Aug illicitly without any proper reason as amount of Rs 25/.This type of deduction is not acceptable at any cost repeating again and again.when I am seeking customer care help then they are reluctant and rudely too in behaviour .when connected with customer care through a call they people are unable to reply properly and they simply disconnecting the call without answering and satisfying for problem .please I request you to refund my deducted balance as soon soon possible and strictly action to be taken against defaulters.
