Reliance Communications — Asking fee for services which I have not subscribed. | |||||
I was having Reliance NetConnect, I have got their 3G Data Card and used it for two years, suddenly it did not work, we have asked NetConnect Reliance Store, they have informed that, the Data Card will not work and you have to Buy a new 4G one which will cost Rs 2000 and use it. So we have asked to close this connection. That executive told no need automatically all 3g connections will get disconnected if not upgraded to 4g. We have paid bill till that month. And no pending from our side. After five months we are getting letter from Reliance through an advocate to pay a sum of 3929 for using 4g services. I have attached photo of the letter received. Last week many numbers of reliance communication threatens me for paying wrong bill. They give me mentel harassment. I am very upset for their misbehave and I also take a legel action against them.
