Dear, By mistake i have fill wrong demat acc. no. as well as wrong bank details in my application. Can anybody guide me in this matter.

I had also applied for 225 equity shares of Reliance Power vide form No. 3 3527672. Since neither the information of allotment of shares northerefund received , I approached the Karvy , where I found that 16 shares have been allotted against the above form
but name of allottee was my father's name instead of my name. I
informed this mistake to the concerned person who directed me to my depository to verify the scanning list and get it and your depository will do the needful. When I approached my depository
he informed me that the correction is to be made by the share allotting authority and by them, sensing the correct position I, prepared a letter informing all details therein and again went to
M/s Karvy informing them about the mistake they had committed and asked them to rectify the mistake, but they were not ready to rectify the mistake without Client Master and asked me to bring Client Master from your depository agency. I discussed the necessity of client master in rectifying the glaring mistake committed by them by writting my father's name instead my name. But he did not hear any thing and was adamant for Client Master without which they would not rectify the mistake.Helplessly I had to go again to my depository agent and submitted the application to M/s Karvy, but still neither the shares have been allotted tome nor the refund has been allowed. when the mistake has been located then it should have taken a minutes time to do the needful when computer is in use. What is the necessity o[censored]se of computers when all these conventional futile exercises are to be conducted. Though I am not convinced with the procedure adopted but since i had to suffer, reluctantly I
had to comply. Through this comment I request the authorities concerned to expedite the rectification of simple mistake without any further delay. I amagain providing you the details as under:-

So process is automatic.
I got 15 shares.
Now the registrar karvey consultants for the ipo are saying that can't give me refund or shares in my demat,as i
haven't given them dpid and client id.
I don't understand how is it possible,as the process was automatic ?

Also i have gone to the website of karvy http://203.199.177.158/ipo/
and have updated the dpid and client id three times but to no avail.
There is no response from karvy.
they say on website that they will get back in three dats but nothing happens.

Despite my repeated mails there has been no response from them. the telephone nos are never picked. Before i take a legal course i would like to address my grievance to the concerned party.I expect a reply or refund within a week else I will have to take legal action against the concerned party.
I expect all the investors who are facing a similar issue should raise their voice and take a legal course if they do not refund the money.

I have applied for 210 shares of Reliance Power IPO. I am alloted 15 shares and shares are credited to my DMAT account. Still I have not received balance amount refund order of Rs. 88050. Upon sending email I received following notice.

"In this regard we would like to inform you that Bid Amount paid Rs.5175, So, please pay the total amount of Rs.1250/- to respective karvy branch.

In this regard i had approache to respective Karvy Bid Centre, COimbatore, tamilnadu. Tha Branch Guy's total we are wrongly entered the Bid Amount. Please wait in a week your refund Amount Rs.88050/- have send by register post. But, I had wait for more than 5 weeks still not yet im recieve my Balance Refund Amount Rs.88050/-.

On daily i had make a more than 5 Phone calls to that respective coimbtore branch, the respective people told please wait a week your amount had recieved. But till today I have not received money and I am paying interest to borrower. If I will not receive the refund money I have to sell some of my asset to repay to my borrower. Please help me to get my money back from Karvy or Reliance Power.

I did apply for Reliance Power IPO in the month of January, unfortunately my demat account at that point of time was not working so I applied through way2wealth securities, Bangalore.
Now almost 4 months have passed and i have not recieved the amount.
Please suggest what action could be taken.

It is really shocking to know that a company which even didnot have website of its own collected Rs. 110,000 crores plus from the PUBLIC. I tried to contact the Issue Managers from their website www.karvy.com. Going thru this website you will immediately realize that the website is not maintained professionally and it is a waste of time navigating thru their links. Finally I decided to give direct email to [protected]@karvy.com. I am waiting for their reply.

Is it fair on their part not to return my money in time? This kind of delays will dampen the spirits of the investors and make them think twice or not apply at all for IPO's. Personally I am disappointed and probably I may not apply for any more IPOs.

Reliance Power IPO — Awaiting for Refund, despite repeated reminders

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am really surprised to get this response after
series of mails.

Please get the facts correct in may case. I once again
repeat for your ready reference:

1. I applied for 225 shares and submitted an amount of
Rs. 25875.
2. I was allocated 17 shares.
3. I have received CAN & Refund Note, informing that
the refund of Rs. 18565 (Now you claim an amount of
Rs. 25875/-) is transfered to my account no. 340 of
Bank of Baroda. I checked up in my account and only
then I communicated with you.
4. I was asked to submit the certificate from the said
Bank to pursue the Refund.
5. I submitted the scaned copy of the Certifcate wide
my mail on 13th March 2008.

I am shocked to get a mail informing that entire
amount of Rs. 25875 has been refunded which is
absoultely incorrect since I am already allocated 17
shares. Secondly I have already submitted the
Certificate from Bank of Baroda. Thirdly, Instead of
releasing the refund I am now asked to send the
statement of account.

In light of above please be informed that this a very
serious matter and would only constitute an act of
harrasment and unneccessary delays.

In case I didn't receive the refund order of Rs. 18565
within 3 days of this mail, you would be liable to
repay me, not only the outstanding amount with
interest but also the expenses towards the legal
remedy.
