Myself Mr. RUSHIKESH SANGLE hereby would like to unsubscribe or opt out from the agricultural tips related calls that i am getting since last 14 months on my mobile number [protected] AND [protected] for 2-3 times daily.

This is to inform you that i haven't subscribe for any of such calls as those calls are unwanted and non use for me because neither i am a farmer nor i have any farm.

I don't know why i am getting such calls as they are sometimes more disturbing

Please remove my contact no. From your call list, I don't want to subscribe such irritating services.

Madhusudan Das Tripathi, Pandapura Mehrouni, Distt Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh 284403 for reliance tower and agreement done between M/s Reliance Communication Limited and Sh. Madhusudan Das Tripathi, Pnadapura Mehrouni, Distt Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh-284403. After that establishment extended time period from time to time. Establishment has paid a rent upto 10/2015 after that establishment has not paid rent. The copy of Bank passbook and agreement enclosed for reference. I have contacted many time but no communication received. Till date tower is on place but no rent received. The copy of received payment and agreement is enclosed for reference. I have need money but no turn up by the establishment. Due to covid-19 my financial condition is very poor. please do needful. Thanking you.

I am unable to contact any RCOM personnel who is responsible for PF & Retiral benefits as the previous contact person (during my tenure of service with RCOM) is either not in the system or their contact details have been changed.

My service period with RCOM was from 30.08.2010 to 31.05.2012.

I am now writing this to transfer my PF fund from RCOM PF FUND i.e Reliance Infocomm Employees Provident Fund (Trust) to withdraw fund through submission of physical Transfer claim form as online transfer is not possible as RCOM PF accumulation is with PF trust.
