I was working as a distributor of reliance communications in bhubaneswar (Odisha) for their prepaid products of easy recharge/vouchers. My firm name is shri purusottam agencies. I have to receive a sum of rs.291105.60 (Rs.100000 towards security deposit and rs.91105.60 towards my account credit balance lying with them).in spite of several communication through email/phones/letters, i have still not received the amount even after...

Sir/madam,

I am getting sexually explicit messages from this number [protected]. These highly dubious people are dangerous for the society who continuously disturb the common man through regular unwanted illegal and explicit sexual messages. The number belongs to reliace cdma number and the locality circle being gujrat
I request reliance cdma communications in that area to immediately take action against this number and launch an fir against the owner of this number who is sending people with chump and illegal sexually abusive sms. Please have a check on this number immediately and immediately take legal action against the user who is sending such vulgar abusive sms misusing this reliance number. Reliance cdma you must block this number [protected] at the earliest as these people are harmful for the society and nation as a whole.
Please help sir as the sms from keeps pouring in every now and then. Get hold of this bastard miscreant and block this number [protected] which is being used for sending vulgar, sexually abusive sms and causing much harassment to many more mobile number users.

Amount of rs.349 was debited from my account for jio-plan recharge towards reliancejioinfocomm. [protected]@hdfcbank through upi ref no:[protected], but the recharge is not done. I received message from my icici bank that 349 rupees are debited from my account but i didn't get any message about recharge from jio regarding recharge process. I want my money to be refunded soon

I was trying to call rcom toll free number, call centre and through mails also, requested to disconnect my 4g dongle{wipod}. There is no response even baterry got bulged and still receiving bill payment bills. Even reliance stores are closed and no one to respond. This struggle to reach reliance communications in any of these ways is in vain. My dongle 4g connection no is[protected]. I have already given complaint many times, but still i am recieving bills from them.in short no internet connections, battery bulge, no response from any of services from rcom. Only sources working from them is payment option.

We are facing problem with reliance jio network in panoam area of vilangad village, which is 20km. Away from nadapuram. There is mobile tower 3 km. Far from us but because of the geographical conditions of the area cheriya panoam, wayad, manjakkunnu and valiyapanoam area are not receiving any network properly.
It can be solved by installing a mobile tower in cheriya panoam area. I am ready to provide space for this if required. You can contact me by email: [protected]@gmail.com or +[protected], because currently i am working abroad.

My name is prabhat kumar sinha and i am working in sudarshan news (Sudarshan Tv Channel Ltd), Yesterday bymistake Rs 15, 000 debited from my HDFC bank in Reliance number [protected].

I was the customer of Reliance Gsm since last 2013 and due to shutdown of the company i switched (ported) in jio, Now i am the user of jio prepaid.

I contacted my current operator then they told me that i need to complain my previous operator which was postpaid connection. I am trying my best to find Contact number or email id to address my problem but unable to get any information due to shutdown of that division. i also called in [protected] and informed the same but they told me that they can not help me due to different division.

Also discussed with my HDFC Bank and they suggest me to file FIR and contect to reliance operator, I am filing my complaint here and request to reliance gsm postpaid company to refund my Rs 15000 because i have very much economical problem.

I am unable to pay high cost for dongle connection.

Reliance Mobile tower was installed in a plot before ten years in thickly populated area and surrounded by hundreds of residential house. Now you are requested that if government policy regarding installation of a mobile tower permits in residential areas then we have to bear with it till further govt policy is framed BUT if govt policy restricts any mobile tower installation in dense locality then a positive approach must be initiated to remove this monster so that nearby residents may get a relief from it's radiation and govt policy can also be implemented up by the concerned authorities.

And reliance communications close their network in gujarat in september-2017.

I had Reliance GSM number [protected] in the past. However, Reliance stopped its services in Assam circle from December 2017. There was no communication from the side of Reliance Communication on how to get back the security deposit.

I tried contacting https://rcom.co.in/contact-us/, but there was no satisfactory response.

I am supposed to get back Rs.1951/- from Reliance. I hope reliance will take this matter seriously and return the security deposit.

Reliance communications entered into an lease agreement on 1st may 2006 for a period of 15 years with mrs. Baby jaiswal. The agreement was for installation of a tower on the top of the building whose address is dheeraj niwas, zero mile harni chakh, anishabad, patna. The vendor code of this premise is 286097. At start the rent would use to come regularly via cheque till 2013 and then the mode of payment shifted to rtgs. But then the payment has stopped coming since april 2016. We have got in touch with the concerned officials in city but the matter has not been resolved till now and this matter has been dragged on for months. Therefore i would like someone from the company to look into the matter and get in touch with me. Contact info:[protected], [protected].

We are the existing customer of your concern, we were using your network for a long time like landlines, mobile connections, and internet connections. As we have purchased 140series mobile connections from your network, for that we paid the deposit of 1lakh. Without any information's or reminders the lines got disconnected but not rcvd the deposit back. We couldn't reach any authorised person for this. Pls send me some contact details or mail to whom we have to check with.

From last one years I have request them to close my connection through mail but they didn’t take up the matter and not even bother to reply my mail.
Now from this month they are again increasing the monthly rental that comes 649. Again I am paid the same for this month along with a mail written to customer care for closing the connection.
