      Greetings of the the trouble shooters

      We have around 20 numbers of reliance. All bills received from reliance from jul-17 (Gst paid) are without updated gst number of the trouble shooters.. We are unable to take input tax credit of these bills. We have requested to reliance to update our gst number in bills but its was delayed.

      Govt has given a chance to revise gst returns from jul-17 to till date. So we can revise our gst return & please update our gst numbers in all bills.

      Pan card & our gst certificate in attached here.

      After many attempts i am unable to pay my reliance postpaid bill. and they are charging the money on my in-active mobile number. the total due amount at on December 2017 was Rs. 350/- or Rs. 360/- but in the month of june when i again tried for the payment the total due amount was shown Rs. 1300+/-. please help me.

        I think i have to do portability in airtel he is good service provider and speed also very nice we keep trust on jio but it was our mistake.You didn't provide the network van also and tower installation.network van park for some time kdmc will give you PERMISSION no body is lessiong from Jio we have lost of issues with speed and network

          From 2017 we are facing lot of problems your staff customer care executive always advise will be installed new tower but still no on has done that job properly.
          I am requesting you to please help.
          Emergency van arrange for network.
          Park over there there is very big road of nh#222 nashik high way.

          Kalyan yogi dham compound you don't have towers however you have sold out jio sim if you don't have service you can see over there airtel and vodhaphone service and internet speed is fine.

          How many times i compliant for network but from last one year you didn'trelianceada stablesh the tower.
          Ceo and chairman only getting salary not think about company customer issues.

          3rd class but we can say you don't have any class in india market.

          If any one is responsible for his duties then take it seriously on this matter and provide us the good service asap.

          I have mentioned 3location where i am facing the lot of problems regarding the network and speed issue.

          Icici bank guru gobind sigh house near post office or shree hospital.

          All these area we have network issue of we got network for some time then start the speed issue.

          I am requesting you to please provide us proper network and speed issue also resolve it.

          If you can not do then let me know i will do portability in other network.

November 2017 they are told me no problem your security deposit will be refunded to you within 3 month by check it will be send your billing address. So i wait for this long time after 5 month i was went reliance office there office employees checked there system and inform me sir your security mony u get back within one month. Today is 6th of october 2018 i haven't found any cheque or letter from the company so please inform me if any way to get my deposit money back. Please

                  I am pavan sai, i recharge with jio in poco f1 for first time in the phone of 299 rs to avail the offers on pocof1 but for me no offers. I contact them on that day itself they say wait for 48 hrs every time when i call them. I have waited for 30 days. My 299 offer also expired but no response by them. Again when i call them they say that the process is still going i[censored] wanna port port from jio. I have depressed by quality of service now what should i do sir please provide me justice.

Ib[protected] on 20.07.2017. Subsequently we used the services of reliance and monthly rentals were paid on time since then.

                        There i bought some dress items for rs.4443 suddenly when i was shopping a sales girl who is working there named ravathi came near me and asked are you going for the bill counter.. I said yes then asked i have some discount coupon for sales do you want that... I was a bit shocked but purchased it from her for rs2000... Is it a strategy for the company to ask the working people to sell those coupons like this..

                          Through ur advertising i recharged my jio no. [protected] through sbi net of rs 449 by jio app 50 rs deducted from 50 rs voucher and got the message-

                          "thank you for using state bank internet banking. Reference no. For avenues india private lim transaction of rs. 399.0 from a/c ending 9924 on 20-sep-18 at 20:03 is igaekbdqn9."

                          After it my no. Not get recharged and no response from anywhere.
                          Your customer care no. S were not helpful for me because they are not providing to talk to customers care executive.

                            Please find the the attached of Wire (which is in our Common meter box) is near by break. This will take fire any time & this had spark couple of times. So i have request to you that please do something before it will take any kind of accident.

                            This is my second complaint of My personal meter (i had mention all detail of my meter in mail) that i had came Electricity bill which i not used still i paid to Reliance Energy. Same Complaint i given in written at sakinaka.
                            After my first complaint a person came from Reliance & he had found a black spot in my meter or meter is not working, so he had replace the new meter. After change a New meter my Bill is again increased so my Question is what basis You charged me in both case when my meter was not working (or had black spot in meter) as well after replaced a new meter so i need to know what is problem...??? .

                            I observed that in my near home i had seen so many people used electricity which used more than me & still you had charge them like half of mine.

                            I hope you will take good action of my both complaint.

                              I was trying to recharge my jio mobile number [protected] with 499 rs amount through hdfc net banking.
                              As i was very new to net banking stuffs, instead of my mobile recharging i added reliance communication limited as biller with the account number"[protected]" and money got deducted from my account but it didn't come to my mobile recharge too.                                   Dear team,
                                  I have booked reliance big tv on 9th april 2018 with booking id 14543924 and that time it was ensured by reliance team the connection will be install with 45 days of booking date.

                                  Till date i am waiting for the installation and whenever i called the customer care no. All executive gives the false commitment "sir aap ko hui asuvidha ke liye maafi chahte hai aur installtion within a week ho jayegi".

                                  I have mark the mail in this regard to their mail [protected]@reliancedigitaltv.com but till date no one have some courtesy to reply the mail.
                                  I never expect such kind of poor service from such a big and reputed company. It seems reliance is looted the public money and enjoying.

                                  If any one from reliance pariwaar have little bit sharam then reply back immediately and resolve the issue.

                                    Landline number[protected] installed at m369 ashiana utsav bhiwadi hardly works and disconnected altogether since 23/08/2018 despite advance payment of rs 500 already credited to your account on26/06/2018. Overlooking this advance payment, bill further raised on 15/08/2018 for rs 236 /-. I don't want such a poor service. Request refund excess payment made by me. Darshan anand rastogi

                                      I have made a recharge for jio 399 of 84 days, but i am unable to use its data properly due to slow internet speed. I have made complaint several times but nothing has happened, even i mail to appellate authority but they didn't reply. I am very much tensed as i require internet frequently. And this issue is faced by everyone at my home and i have complaint from them also but nothing has been done yet. I want my money back if am not able to exhaust that money
