My contact number on which wrong payment was made to r.com-[protected]

Instead of making payment to idea, i did wrong payment to r.com. Since after closure of r.com operations, we need to forcefully shift to other operators. I am trying to contact customer care of r.com, but no body responds properly to my complaint.

Neither any phone is picked up on any of the contact numbers provided online, nor people responds in the local office from which we have taken the sim earlier.

Request support.

I need to port my reliance number [protected] (As reliance is no longer providing service) to airtel, i have raised a request with airtel and still the request is showing pending for mnp process, on contacting airtel they told that the issue is pending with reliance. Please release that number so that is can be ported. This is very urgent and i cannot wait for so long.
Please i need that number only and early resolutionwill be appreciated

I ported out two reliance numbers to other operators due to service stoppage from reliance.
Still didn't get security deposit rs. 300 each for both numbers.
I sent the emails regarding this but there is no reply from customer support team.
As per rule security deposit should refunded within 3 months but now 4 months gone and waiting for their response.

I am not used the dongle since january because the connection was terminated. I tried it 10 to 15 times on that month no result. After a weak i visit your reliance shop at trivandrum and i cant meet anybody because the shop was closed. Near by jio shop was found and asked them what happens to reliance communication shop. They told me that reliance 4g service has shutdown. All attempts to contact the company's customer support for terminating my post paid account have been unsuccessful. Reliance communication outlets in kerala are not supporting any related issues any more.
Despite the continuous outage of service over the last 4 months, the company keeps sending bills to me.
Today i saw your email bill payment information and afraid about your late payment charges. I checked the device today (After 3 months) it is working properly.
Please dont make communication errors on wards. Because money making is very difficult to us

I have pre booked two connections of the new reliance hevc set top box...Reliance promised that the installation would be done in 45 days after booking...It is well past the said duration &
the installation is still pending...There has been no futher communication from Reliance...

I have paid Rs.449/- per connection...
Reliance needs to look into the matter urgently...

This is pertaining to the complaint raised on carenaukri.in website, earlier about the cheating me for rs. 50000 through their website for job opportunity please refer my previous complaint.

I had registered my complaint through this website, i am receiving sms from im-ccinda they have given a representative phone number number[protected], representative name mr. Karthik.

He said he will resolve my case through an agreement, i need to pay some 4200 rupees.

Can we trust this, when i postponed in return there was a message from same note saying that my complaint has been cancelled case wide no-2018/19/309 from naukri.com because of misguiding our key account manager in future you can't claim for same future investigation proceed on you soon.

Is it the right message...

Reliance communication 4g not working since past 2 months. All attempts to contact the company's customer support for terminating my post paid account have been unsuccessful. Reliance communication outlets in pune are not supporting any related issues any more (They just say that the service has shut down).
Despite the continuous outage of service over the last 2 months, the company keeps sending bills to me.

I want to terminate my account with reliance communication for the 4g service.

I was a customer of Reliance network since 2009.
In October 2017, the company blocked my SIM card and stopped all the services without giving any prior notice. At that time, I was having Rs.148 in my main balance.
When I approached the Reliance store in our city Jodhpur (Rajasthan), many people like me were having the same problem and were asking for their amount that was there in the SIM.
The store personnel told everyone that your amount has been lapsed and now you have to port to a new network. Many people even had amounts as high as Rs.5000, but all money lapsed.

I have written many mails to Reliance, tweeted to telecom minister and the ministry, wrote mails to TRAI, sent many tweets to almost all the concerned authorities, but NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TILL NOW.

The reliance customer care is also not working, nor the regional customer care center at Jaipur is picking up the calls.

I want my money to refunded into my new network, i.e., Airtel, or get it into my bank account.

It is my right to get my money back. The Reliance company is doing fraud by first taking the money and then not giving the services. The customers pay for the services, and if they are not given the same, the company has to refund the amount.

In such a way, the company has fled with a huge amount and all the customers have been cheated.

As on today, 7 months are passed & still job is pending due to some or other reasons.

Hi, my name is bhavesh vyas, i was working with reliance communication on reliance ada payroll as assistant manager for channel team in pune. My last working day was 30 sep 2017. It was 8 month going on and still i am waiting for my fnf. I am writing mail continuously for it to mr ravi george david and mr amin m mithani but not getting any satisfactory response. Each time they are extending fnf pay by 1 month. This is very unfair to me. I am seeking to legal expert for the solution.

Big tv (Reliance communication) telecast of all channel was stop from last 2 days without any information. Its shows an error of signal lost. They have not provide proper signal. Too many channel are not available or not telecast from last 4 month. But they still charges for all channel. Quality of services is too poor. So please take a serious action and cancelled their license.

There was a advertisement on amar ujala newspaper on 15, 16 april regarding jio part time job. I called and have been asked to deposit 1500 for registration, i deposited that money and came to know that was a fraud.
Kindly, help me to recover my money and make save other deposit from getting fraud.

The 3g services closed by rcom and even the 4g services not extended upto the end user.

I had purchased hitachi ac at reliance digital labbipet on 26 of march 2018. Installation was not done properly second day onwards i am giving repeated complaints. Warranty changes for 2more years were also paid. Today one person has called me. I am an electrical engineer working for railways. Really it is a great frustration. Please kindly take back the defective ac and do some real help
