I am mohammad ejaz, proprietor of afraz communication (Reliance dsa), nagpaur maharashtra.
As all are know that dsa service has been closed from reliance communication and no contact person is available in reliance communication,
I want to do close formality of my dsa, but i am not getting contact person, my security amount is still pending with reliance communication.

You are requested to advice how i can get return my security amount or please provide my contact person number.

I am parmanet user of reliance big tv but unable to enjoy my tv channelsdue to non availability of channels. Your rep was visited my home at arjunganj sarsavan
And told me that your subscripton has been done and you can enjoy the service for five years. Befor six months, i have deposited 2500/- rupees for five years subscriptuon but no channels are available on setup box.

My brother suggested to put a complain in your cell file a rti for information.

Please look into the matter and provide my channels.

I have a tower site in baldev nagar ambala city (Haryana) on the name of sh. Baldev raj. Which quarterly rent is rs.20532/- but after 01.04.17 reliance communication not paid any rent. The eggs are not at all good quality. The yolk and albumin both were horrible and disgusting in taste. The consumer is suffering from stomach ache and nausea. They were rotten completely. The texture and color was different. It seemed like plastic. The odour was awful. How come you sell such products that would affect the patient's health. It was really very disappointing.

Please terminate my modem connection. Your services were dropped form 15 mar 18. But still bill was generating why it was happening. My modem number

From last 2 month i am not using my modem and tring for terminate but all show rooms were closed at vijayawada and online also no one is responding. You are charging bill for service stopped period also why it is happening.

I am having jio and activated on 17.02.2018. Due to network and signal problem, i generated upc code on 18.05.2018 and applied porting to airtel on the same day. As 7 days completed, i contacted airtel for status and they informed that jio rejected for porting that your connection is not completed 90 days and rejected. On 17.02.18 my mobile number completed 90 days for porting but jio operator sent request that 90 days not completed. My mobile no.[protected] and upc ja258373 and it will be expired on 02.06.18.

Sir you published my complaint immediately but why does it take time when i wish to remove my complaint.
When consumer says his problem is solved the details regarding that complaint should be removed immediately to safeguard the goodwill of that company. So i request you to make some technique for deleting complaint which was raised and solved by relative parties. Thanks

I have closed my account gsm no [protected] in aug 2018 and paid all due from my side. As this was gsm connection and security deposit (100000/-) has to be refunded at the time of closing the account i would like to know how and when i would get the amount back.. Please let me know how to get my money back.

I have taken new JIO PHONE on 04th April 2018, and was alloted [protected]. Which is a second hand number, means it was previously given to a political party leader, and I am getting calls enquiring about that leader. Quite a lot of disturbance. Complaint was given, and response was after 4 days Complaint is CLOSED.
Kindly solve the problem.   Replace all

I tried reaching to customer care executive on phone and it says due to emergency services are not available and tried reaching out to your stores, both do not have any option to cancel the connection.#[protected].
I have placed my request for connection cancellation on 23 january 2018 and no response from you yet. Still i am receiving bills from you.

I will not be obliged to pay bills hence forth and any legal binding arising out of this in future.

I purchased from relianc shop at armenian street, chennai 600001, reliance dongle with no.[protected] in nov. 16 and i am trying to surrender the sim card earnestly for the past 2 months. When i went in search of the shop in armenian street, chennai 600001, i was informed that the shop was closed 3 months back. I am paying the bill for the past 6 months without using the dongle. Hi, i'm one of customer of your company.. Last month i wanted to transfer my card from postpaid to prepaid at that i was told that i have to clear last bill to do so... So i made the payement at idea store.. And in addition to that i was inform that i need to pay 1 or 2 day bill after 1 month... But yesterday i got call from [protected].. Informing that ineed to pay 500 rs more as my pending bill.. I was shocked as i already cleared my debts last month.. I asked her to give me time to check with the store person she told ok till 24hr (Working hour) your card will not be deactivated. Today i got message from the company that at 4 mycard will be disconnected.. Then again i called her.. And inspite of giving me proper answer she answered very arrogantly... Maine kar baar manually port karne ki kosis ki, lekin massege failed hota raha.
Maine kai baar call karne kee koshish kee likin koi answer nahi aaya unki taraf se.
Mai apna number port karana chahta hu iske liye mujhe port code chahiye.
Please send me porting code and resolve my problem.

I used Reliance communication telecommunications network for my mobile no. [protected]. Since it was getting shutdown last December, I changed it to other network but I didn't get my refund amount for advance payment 0f Rs. 413 from Reliance communication.

I have a complaint for the process followed by www.consumercomplaints.in before posting the complaint about a company and showing a company in bad state. Competitors are using this by putting many false allegations even with out checking if the company really produces that product or not funny. Because of this nobody takes your complaints seriously

I wanted to port my number but none of the rcom customer care is getting connected to amy executives and call gets dropped. What kind of pathetic service is reliance offering. I just needed my damn upc code or else kindly re-activate my current number, i am having way much difficulty without my number, all my contacts and the details i have is now a waste please help, that number means everything to me please help me. I just need to get back my number. I tried to port out my number but after submitting every details of the porting and the mnp code it got failed with no reason. Please help please i beg you all please

I just need 2 weeks to get this issue resolve please help for the sake of humanity.

I had rcom broadband connection with following details.

- billing account no. : [protected]

My connection is closed 30/06/2017. Before closing the connection, in june 2017, i was requested from rcom customer care officer 'salman ansari' to pay bill - advance rent for next three month. I was promised that i will get refund after connection termination.

I got final bill in feb 2018, it has 'rs - 1, 731.12' dues, i. E. Rcom needs to refund this amount.

Before final bill, after final bill i did emails to broad band customer care, appellateauthority of gujarat. Unfortunately there is no response.

Request you to refund balance amount with interest.

I am miss jyotsana bora d/o mr. Girdhar singh bora in our land your reliance tower was planted in our land someshwar almora in 2010. But its rent was given to us only till april 2012 after that no rent has been given to us. So many time notice has been sent to you from our side but no reply has been received from you. This tower has been planted in 1800 square feet of land, if this tower does not required your company, then you give us its last full rent and please remove the tower from our land.
Mr. Pandey and there head mr. Amandeep ji, who oversees the tower of your reliance company, he says that only the last pending rent of the tower will be given only 30%, this notice is from the reliance company they told us. I am not agree for the same i want my full payment.
My request you remove the tower from our land because our land is being wasted for us.
You are informed again that pay the last amount of the tower as soon as possible.

You bloody #, if you don't have the required capabilities to operate your
Dth business and provide quality service then why the hell you are there in the market. You should be hit so hardly in your back that you should not dare to harrass the customers mentally with your degraded services (Just for namesake). I want my recharge amount to be refunded immediately.
Also just don't dare to reply with your typical robotic statement - sorry for the inconvenience.
