My number is not ported yet because of some technical problem from your side. I tried porting my no. 4 to 5 times in idea postpaid but always a technical problem came from ur side than i tried to port it in idea prepaid but it was too late the reliance network was closed on 31 jan. So, ii cant be processed as i tried to port in prepaid on 6 february plz i request u to allow processing of numbers after january my all details are correct

Dear sir,
This is to inform you that we were using reliance network connection from the past five years post paid connection for two numbers [protected] and [protected] in the month of november 2017 we have requested to port to airtel as reliance network is getting closed. But till date it's not being done. Now we have come to know that the number is in vodafone illegally. Sir we have all the payments details for both the numbers till date.
I would request you to look into this matter and resolve the issue.
We will take a legal action and claim the numbers.

I have reliance smart sim of odisha circle, but due to misplacement of my simcard i could not use that sim card from the moth of june'17 to feb'18. During this period the service form the sim is closed. I know i am late but i am really sorry for the delay. Can you please help to me to port the number to other service. Can i any how retrieve upc code now.
Please help me, i have to link adhaar card to other services as soon as possible.

I have been a reliance communications employee from may 8, 2006 to december 02, 2006. I want to withdraw pf. Kindly share me required pf withdrawal form on email id [protected]@gmail.com), contact person name and email id, and communication address so that i can fill form, send it, get it verified by company and submit at regional pf office.

I had a rcom wireless landline number ([protected]) which stopped working in nov'17. But still i am getting bills against this number. I have sent several emails to their custmer care but no reply. I tried to call them but it seems that their number is also disconnected. I want these bills to be withdrawn immediately and i want the amount that was lying credit in my account as on the date of discontinuation of service to be refunded to me. Also i need the amount that i paid for their landline instrument to be refunded back to me.

I have tried to reach you guys but my problem has not been solved and now my mobile no is not working. I an using your services from past few years but i have not get an type of portout message and not your service has been shut down i want my no back because it has been updated in my back account and with the other people. I have not received any port number while reliance shut down its services in india. Before my bill date, the services was cut off and i have not received the "auto port" number.
I have been trying to check with all local reliance outlets and going in circles. Still my number is not ported and i desperately need that number, as its associated with my bank/office etc.
As of now i am using an alternative number and its being a pain to get my reliance number back.

Kindly help me how to proceed. My alternative number is[protected]

If anybody from rcom can call my alternative number, i will be really glad.

Please shift the reliance pole which is installed in front of my house... That's because the pole is correctly erected on the closed lid of the drainage outlet manhole underground... When ever we need to open the drainage system for cleaning purpose it becomes difficult as pole is erected exactly on the manhole... So requesting you to please shift the pole...

I have a ccsi towards reliance communications since last three months they have stopped there services but you're still charging money from my account and that is also higher amount then what then my plan was..!! What wrong with you people, your have emergency in your coustomerservices helpline and not any response on mail that i wrote to you, you are a tug company as being said that i don't know why you are changing money for a shutdown service..! I just wanted my hard earned money back,
This is total a fraudulent activity, please note this is not last i will use my consumer rights of this time you will not return my money back.

Dear sir,

I am a consumer of you reliance smart gsm service. My sim card has blocked and needing a puk code for the same.

Having continuous follow up with customer care service, they did not turned up to show any interest in unblocking my sim card neither they are providing me puk code for the same.

I need your intervention in the matter to solve it urgently as i am cut from all my touches.

We have recharged our tv.. Nd it is not giving any response... Kindly consider it seriously... As we have paid the amount nd eagerly waiting for it... Actually 1 month our tv was off... Due to our financial position... But after 1 month we have just recharged our tv... But it is showing... Loading and nothing changes... We waited for 2 hours but still it shows loading... Plz take it into consideration

Earlier, I have a sim card of IDEA. I have converted this with RCom. I can't come to knowledge about closing of RCom. And not any message received by the company related to this matter. My no. is deactivated. I tried so many times to activate the same no. Contacted so many retailers, But it can't. Please do needful, as this no is important for me. I can't access my so many online transactions.

This is to bring to your kind notice that my aquaguard has not been functioning since 3 months... Inspite of constant reminders the service people are unable to solve this issue... It has reached a stage where the service manager is not receiving our calls.. This shows the careless attitude of your service representatives... Kindly solve my issue asap... Regards dr.
