I was employed with reliance communicatinos ltd from 7-july-2014 to 10-may-2016.

My total accumulated pf money is withheld by the reliance pf trust, and it is not credited to my bank account or to my current uan account after i left the organization.

Request you to kindly initiate action from your end to help me procure my epf money.

This email is in continuance to the earlier email dated jan 31st.

I have still no response for the same.

I am writing this email with folded hands as i am tired of follow ups and empty promises.
I was in the us since august and returned back in december.
It seems reliance has stopped its services in gujarat circle and hence my number could not be ported.
I spoke with jio/ vodafone/ airtel/ idea customer representatives but they said that reliance from gujarat
Circleare not co-operating.
I am tired of these buck passing.
Please sort out and arrange to get the number ported.

Not able to port, didn't got upc.
This number is given for aadhar card+mobile banking+net banking+email id+whatsapp etc.

This is a genuine problem please understand.
I am still getting bills for services stopped since august and i am paying it.
Dont push me to get legal help and approach the customer grevience cell.

I am a reliance communication ltd post paid connection customer from the very starting ie dhirubhai ambani pioneer offer. I port my number on date 24 jan 2017. My connection runs in reliance up to 23 jan 2017. I have a refund of rs 970 pending as per my last statement generated for the period 27 dec 2016 to 5 feb 2017. This last statement was generated on date 6 feb 2017. This last bill serial no[protected]. I have made sevral complaints on customere care number and so many e mail complaints send. But no proper response comes. The service request id is[protected]
Please help me as now i am very harrased and desperate

My prepaid reliance gsm no is [protected]. I want to transfer my reliance network service to another network connection becoz reliance service is being shut down. But i did not receive any upc port no from reliance. There is no signal, its showing emergency calls only, so unable to send port no request too through sms or anything, inspite i tried so many times. I have requested vodafone to port my reliance gsm number [protected] to vodafone.in this regards i visited vodafone store so many times but its comming id mismatched. This number i have been using since 7 years. So please resolve the issue else i have to complain it to trai. As i know that still reliance have not paid the unspent balance for many customer and reliance should know that it is a fraud.

I have lost my port code and reliance communication not picking customer care number so, I have a suggestion please port all those mobile number which are not ported till the last date to other company which are interested in reliance customers like voda, airtel, idea etc. I will help those needfull person who are suffering this situation thankyou very much please inform me about you decision.

I am a reliance cdma customer since 2006 and then moved to reliance gsm with same number. My reliance mobile no [protected] was not working due to the lack of signal and net work i just want to know how to get this number activated in any net work i have even given by bank, aadhar and gas connection and governmental proofs please try to provide details as soon as possible on this mail id

This is huge scandal going on of reliance membership card.
I have never utilised my redeem points at all, since i have taken reliance membership long years.
Even on 25th feb 2018, i purchased around 1600/- items @ reliance fresh, chamundeshwari layout, vidyaranyapura, bangalore.

When gave missed to [protected], to find out the balance points received message as rs. 0.36.

Please give justification on this complaint.

I was using reliance mobile post paid service until the company discontinued the service in nov 2017.
As per my account statement sent by the company an amount of rs 1971 is still with the company which is to be refunded to me.
In this regard i have already sent an email to the company on 12/7/2017 itself and i am yet to see any response from you.

I was using reliance 4 g post paid connection and i was not able to use the connection in nov and i did request to cancel my connection in dec and fully paid the bill and sent an email to all the email dl provided without any help today also received an bill for the month of jan without any usage.

I was using reliance number [protected] gujarat circle. All of sudden i received message that services are stopped and i was provided portout code which i had ported out. But till date i have not received balance amount refund. Even worst part is reliance customer care numbers are not working and all the stores are closed. I had done mails for same to customer care since last 5 months but still no revert... I don't know how money rcom has accumulated like this!!! Requesting for your help to get my refund.

Honourable sir,

With most respectfully, i beg to state you that i purchased a reliance (Mobile) number with valid poi & poa from an authorized retailer of reliance from bechimari, darrang. Since then, i had been using the number and it was used various offices including banks and my personal registered gmail account. But suddenly, the service of reliance company suspended/closed its services without any prior notification. If i got such notification from the side of reliance, i would port into other operator to continue my contacts with the same number. I started searching reliance service stores near by and across assam but failed. Now, i am in trouble and unable to contact my relatives, office etc. I want to regain my number bearing +91-[protected] in active mode or provide me port number to be ported into.
I therefore humbly request you to take necessary step in favour of getting back / regain my number.

I was unable to port this til 31 jan 2018 because of some health issue. So will you please help me how i can port this now. I went to every offices of reliance communication but nobody helped me.
My sim port validity date was 31 jan 2018 and i know about sim portability after this date so please help me.. Please port my no or extend my porting request date. My this number is update in all my documents like aadhar card and bank and this is very old number of mine.. Pls help me.. Pls do the needful.

I had been using reliance wifi pod for quite a long time.in january 2018, there was no proper net connectivity and suddenly in the last week there was no signal at all and i could not use the wifi pod for internet usage. I did not get any notification sms / email on the stopping of services for wifi pod broadband.

But i am getting bills for the unused period as the rental charges. When there is no signal and there has been no usage, how are you charging the customers? When the customer has not used your services and you had blocked the signal, how and why you are charging the customer with bills?

Request to close my connection / account ([protected]) and stop issuing the bills.

Request you to help me with porting my [protected] reliance number which is deactivate now, i am unable to port with the port code send on my number in november with 31 december expiry.

I have my facebook, watsapp and paytm linked to this number and now i am unable to get the otp from these, i will be facing losses due to deactivation of my number.
