I have closed my account on 16.12.2017 and paid all due from my side. As this was post paid connection and security deposit (300/-) has to be refunded at the time of closing the account i would like to know how and when i would get the amount back.     I am not getting reliance network from 1 month in delhi ncr so i am not able to get port code. I am unable to contact reliance customer care. Without port code other mobile operators are not ready to port my number. I am using that number from 7 years. I have given that number everywhere including my bank, adhaar card etc. Therefore i am not able to process my port request. Please provide me valid upc code so that i can port my number to other network.

          Today I went to Reliance store chembur to Chembur. It was most pathatice experience ever in my life. The staff was least bother to attend the customer. After waiting for half hour the lady ask me about me about my number and told me to pay 230 as my monthly bill and 150 as MNP fee for which she was not ready to give any receipt. This money which they take is completely in cash and without any receipt with no records. It is encouraging black money . Kindly confirm if reliance mobile or any other broadband instructed the dealee to take MNP charges in cash and not giving receipt. 100 people per day 100×150= 15000
          100×150×30= 4, 50, 000 Rs w/o any receipt.

            I did mnp from rcom to idea in first week of nov 2017 because rcom has stopped their services in india, no mistake from me.

            I am receiving reliance bills since last two months (Nov 2017 and nov 2018) even though i have cleared all outstanding before porting to idea @09 nov 2017.
            How could it possible to have bill from two different provider for same month on same phone number

            Request you to please check your system and update it correctly. Kindly send me clearance of no outstanding and stop sending any further bill from reliance communication.

              Rcom closed operations on 30/11/17 and everyone had to port their mobile nos to other mobile service providers.
              We deposited the average monthly charge in excess so that the mobile no would get ported. After receiving the final bill there an excess amount of rs. 317 which is reqd to be refunded,

                  We were a very old and loyal customer of reliance and when we came to know that reliance was shutting down its voice services we were forced to port to other network provider. Since we had a long and comfortable relationship with reliance we hope reliance would continue with doing the same and provide us the security deposit as soon as possible. Further we had a credit limit of rs 4100 and rs9500 (Including 6400 for international call facility). These credit limits were the security deposits which reliance had taken from us. But to our utter shock when the latest bill was sent to us we found the deposit amounts to be rs1000 and rs 3500.

                  So, it is earnest request to you to do the needful and refund us the correct amount as soon as possible.

                              Recently my number which was ported out from reliance to vodafone after clearing all bills was suspended abruptly. Upon enquiry, it was informed it was done on the behest of reliance: reason unpaid bills. I have been informed by the customer care at vodafone similar cases has happened to many customers.

                              My initial request for porting out was also delayed by reliance and i was practically forced to go to the store and furnish the bill receipt again and again. It has been informed that as per rule they have to ensure that all bills has been cleared before issue of mnp. After three weeks or so, the reliance communication after getting fully satisfied that all bills have been paid i was offered mnp.

                              Now months after they have stopped their services abruptly causing undue stress and harassment to millions of customer they still continue to harass their customers. My outstanding amount as informed by customer care was around rs 703 which has no justification as my monthly plan is rs 500. Last bill cycle is from 11-sept 2017 to 10 - oct-2017 which was paid in full and request for porting out was raised on 16-oct 2017, and the cellular services at assam was suspended on october end. Further the amount has to paid at vodafone stores only and my request for bill was also denyed stating they are not authorised to issue bill.

                              As all reliance stores/customer care center, online customer portal etc has suspended their services and there is no way to resolve this particular issue.

                              Further suspension of services abruptly without any intimation has caused a lot of personal and financial loss (Thank god i was not travelling).

                              For avoiding further damages customers will now be compelled to pay any random amount without any itemised bill.

                              This is an act of extortion as i am getting compelled to pay random amount as subsequent delay will cause more personal and financial damage.

                                  I was mts data card user almost since 3 years, since few months internet is not working and came to know mts is closed and merged with rcom. After merger, am not able to pay bill online and local dealers not accepting payment. Rcom promptly sent bill for december month including late fee.
                                  Again i trying to pay bill through rcom online payment but it is not accepting mts number, dealer still not accepting payment.
                                  Paid through paytm, but still there is no acknowledgement from rcom regarding the payment.
                                  I want to discontinue this data service by finalizing outstanding amount, but no response to email and call center not working.
                                  This seems open loot of innocent customers, paying money for nothing

                                      I was associated with reliance (Telecommunications) for quite sometime. My relationship number was[protected].
                                      Due to poor network quality and behaviour of company, i decided to port my number to airtel. So, i ported my number on "28/9/2016". At time, i paid extra amount of "rs 352".
                                      Reliance has not given me the refund of that amount (Mentioned above) till now which they promised to give me within 45 working days. After repeatedly saying, they haven't giving me refund. Now when the company is going to give me refund of this amount with interest. This was not supposed to be done by company like reliance.

                                      Please send UPC code for [protected] kindly provide valid UPC code to change another network its really emergency i have tried many times to reach reliance office but all were closed.

                                      Since a week my reliance gsm sim is showing no network and is completely not working.plz help me out.i have always been recharging my number with vouchers.its never happened as if i am not recharging my number nor have i removed my sim from my phone.so plz resolve my issue.
                                      My mobile no is [protected], unable to send sms to 1900. earlier I had sent request which did not generate UPC . trying since August. so disturbing. please resolve.
                                      I have submitted my porting request to Airtel but the same has been rejected due to unpaid bills (as confirmed by Airtel). Since I did not have bill details I paid Rd 4000 but still porting has not happened. How do I know the correct unpaid Amount so that I can pay up and my porting request goes through.
                                      I am reliance communication custumer .I want Port code. I have tried by SMS but every time show insufficient balance. And message show failure to send. How can I get MNP

                                        I have a postpaid no. Of reliance which was [protected] and port on[protected] in airtel, on the time of port i deposited 1 current and 1 months bill in advance at reliance store "which is krishna communication reliance mobile store dhadda building gangashahar road bikaner" on[protected], and the employee in the store told me that the remaining amount will be returned through cheque after 90 days, and the same wording was of customer care executive when i was called the customer care with my mobile, after all that i mail the customer care mail id [protected]@relianceada.com but the didn't reply me and after 2 gentle remiders to reliance communication i still didn't get any kind of response and any kind of remaining amount's cheque from reliance. Kindly check and resolve the issue.

                                        After 22 days i am still waiting for response from Reliance, is the complaint will resolve or i have to take another action kindly notify me.
                                        My no [protected] not port in other sim i am send sms 1900 than received unable to connect data base
                                        Bad 4g data speed . speed like 2g jio device in not out put data he has very slow data for many days my no is [protected] mallawan hardoi
