Respected sir/madam,
I am current reliance mobile sim user. From past 1 year i am unable to get network on my reliance sim. From past 1 year i am trying to connect to your customer care but the ivr states that because of some technical issue they can't connect my call to customer care. I have almost tried each and every number of your customer care but failed to reach. I have even visited t your reliance gallery in kopar khairane but they failed to process my request. Please try to resolve my problem because many other important contacts are attached with it. Please solve my problem or else you will be loosing many other customers too.

    I'm sudhir and i'm using reliance communication postpaid number ([protected]). This network service is worst. Now i want to port my number to other operator but reliance communication don't allow me. They don't accept my porting request and nobody replied me why they doing this. Even i have raised many complaints but they didn't response yet.

    Today's i have talked to the Vodafone care and they told me that the Reliance communication has canceled the port request and does, t provide any reason. Vodafone told me their is no any bill dues of this number ([protected]). So i want to know the exact reason of cancellation of porting request. I'm sending you a payment receipt of Vodafone bill.

    All of sudden incoming and outgoing calls of my reliance prepaid number is barred.
    I m trying to reach customer care centre as well but no response or support from their end.
    Pre paid number which was in use has been disconnected without notice number [protected] call centre not working poor service
    I had my relience no. [protected]. Shankar Roy. Due to the recent shutdown of relience services, i had to port my no. How will i get my security deposit back? Please state the procedure and the place i have to visit. It is not a small amount. Please show this matter the utmost importance and response swiftly. Thanking you in advance.

        Please resume service of this number with in 24hours,,, i m not using this no. Due to this type of problem, i was contact reliance customer care number but no one customer care officer talk and due to this problem i am not using this no. From 2 months and i was found reliance center but it is not available,,,, i am facing lots of problem regarding this,,, please accept my request and do this as soon as possible.

          I used mts cdma prepaid no. [protected] for more than 12 years. Now my sim was failed for more than 3 months. I have suffient amount in my sim. When i asked with the mts show room @ rajapalayam for past 3 months, they could not supply new sim. Now, when i contact with them, they said mts was closed. When i contact through customer care, the voice announcement said that to contact reliance communication. But i cannot contact the reliance communication, i cannot contact the customer care. Kindly port my [protected] mobile number to rcom or any other service provider in tamilnadu, india and send the porting number to my another number [protected].

          Over 10 Years, I am using MTS Prepaid with the Number [protected]. More than two months, the SIM is not worked. But several time, I contact the Rajapalayam Show Room to get a new SIM. But they could not able to give me new SIM card. Now, the MTS is proposed to Close. I am ready to Port this Number to Reliance 4G. But, how can I get Port Request Number because my SIM is fault. But I need this number. Kindly do the needful to get back my number with activation. My another number for further Contact is [protected]

            The reliance communication has failed to provide services and shut-down its voice network and now they are not ready to release the number to port out to other service provider and addition to that they are charging advance rentals without providing the service and when i reached out to their complaint referral id with my query i got response from them to pay the advance rentals. Can some one address this issue as this is the case with multiple users. Reliance should be pulled to the court and provide justice to poor citizens of india.

              My number [protected], is not working.
              I have tried multiple times to call the call centre with no response. Rs 500 were debited stating value added services however i had not optes for any.

              Internet and phone services are off since last three days and i have tried complianting multiple times with no response.
              I am fed up following up with the bad services from reliance. I have vodafone n airtel connections as well and face no such issues as i face in reliance.

              Pls action on it urgently. And expect a response on this complaint urgently

                I am having 3 numbers of reliance & reliance have stopped their services without prior notice & now we can't even generate the upc code so that we can continue our existing number in any other network. This is totally cheating and fraud with the customers. Such service providers must be prisoned along with ram rahim. Shame on indian govt. Too for not taking any strict action against the company and letting them harassing customers.

                  Hi team,

                  Reliance is shutting down is orissa from nov 2017 end. But from now only there is no network. Moreover inam forced to move to other operator from reliance. I have an amount of 250 rs in my reliance mobile and if i am porting to another operator then my balance will not be carry forwarded. So in short i am. Loosing 250 rs which is not fair enough. This was not my requirement to shut down the services. There should be proper way to deal this. You people are making money by fooling people around.

                    Hi,

                    I am facing a big issue. I want to port my reliance sim mobile no. [protected] as reliance netwok shutting down at delhi. But when i am sending the port message to 1900, i get reply "insufficient balance". Nearby of me all reliance stores has already shut down and unable to take help from reliance.
                    I am having current main balance more than ₹18/- but every time the same message i am getting.

                    Also i am not able to talk to any customer care executive as no option i got to talk to executive at tollfree number. Please provide any support number. My phone no is [protected].
                    I am very much frustrated with reliance sevices and i am not getting many otp required for my work.

                    Request you to please resolve the problem asap. And send me upc code so i can continue my this number.

                      I have raised port request twice to move from jio to other service provider however still even more than 1 month still jio is not allowing to port my number to different provider.
                      Port 1 raised on oct - jt439726 which is rejected due to delay in approval from jio.
                      Port 2 raised on nov 7 - jt xxxxxx which i cannot disclose and it would be getting expired on 22-nov.

                      When contacted customer care jio, it was informed...

                      Hello,

                      My bill for nov'17 was generated even after reliance stopped its network and the bill generated is bogus for the period of 01st nov to 19th nov for which the network has stopped its network and there was not any pending amount from me. Please stop sending bill and change the bill to reflect correct amount.

                      This is really frustrating as reliance looting people.

                          I'm a tn reliance customer and reliance is closing in tn from december 1, so i ported to airtel on october 27th 2017, they told me it'll take around 10 days for me to change from reliance to airtel using same number. It's been more than 20 days and my number still didnt change to airtel. When i went to airtel customer care they checked and said reliance didnt accept porting request still. I'm not able to make phone calls for the past 20 days. Please accept my porting request to change from reliance to airtel. I've wrote about this to reliance customer care mail id and still no response from them! Please help!

                                      Using reliance number since years & had balance in the mobile. Since reliance communication is shutting its services approached different reliance outlets to kindly refund the balance amount.
                                      Further services of the mobile has already been stopped almost a month ago & not able to call.

                                      Inspite of my lodging complaint yesterday that is12the Nov17and even after your assurance as received your message yesterday to reactivate modem, no action so far been taken to unblock my Reliance number and as such for slackness on your part i lodging my complain again with a hope to be heard soon.
