This is with reference to a RCOM tower at our own premises in MIDC Bhosari, Pune.
We haven't received any payments against the same since January 2019 even after continuous follow ups/emails.
The agreement expired in June 2018 and was extended by RCOM team via a one sided communication till December 2018.
In spite of our repeated attempts to reach for renewal, we didn't receive any communication or confirmation regarding the same.
We received one letter stating the transfer/ renovation of lease agreement and sale of telecom tower and associated infrastructure to Jio .
We were also visited by a Jio employee, but there was no communication thereafter. We spoke to one Jio employee again on 19th January 2022 and he confirmed on phone that Jio has no scope for this property and the closing formalities including payment dues will be taken care of by RCOM team. But we haven't received any written communication in this regards. We have already sent a legal notice to the addresses we had in our records, it only got received at the Jio Ghansoli address and rest of the notices came back as Reliance Comm has already moved out of those offices.
We are unable to use or rent our property as there is a mobile tower and generator occupying the space.
We expect rCOM to pay our dues and empty our premises at the earliest.

      I have a big doubts that this website is a fake one. Yesterday i file a complaint in this website. Today i got a call from bank fraudsters says that they received a complaint forwarded from consumercomplaints.in. And they tried to cheat /loot my 20000 from my ac. By gods grace i aware and scolded them. Then they disconnected the call. The number as follows

        I redeemed the voucher of Set Up Box in Jio app & paid 1, 000 INR & booked an appointment for STB installation today morning & have been calling the respective executive & CUSTOMER support as well since no one showed up for installation, I have been missing my appointments because of their careless behavior. This is the 2nd complaint I have filed against Jio in this FORUM for their worst service.

        Thanks to this FORUM as the community is very much efficient in fixing such ### service providers.

My PF number is "MH/46459/20050763 and previous UAN is[protected]. i am trying to withdraw amount from my current UAN but not able to do the same as error is coming that your bank account is linked with the UAN[protected], if its your pl correct the same as this UAN[protected] is not active and i am not able to active the same as message is popping " contact your employer to correct your information"

                        A fake complaint was provided by using my email address and banking information on your web-site which is leading to defamatory status in my society. The sole motive was to degrade my social status and i have repeatedly contacted you guys for the removal of the complaint but there is no response. This action itself is causing me for a mental breakdown which is causing me to take suicidal steps in my life. I am hearby writing this email as a proof of communication as there is no response inspite of repeated messages being sent to your forum since the past 8 months.                               For the sake of ₹10/- fee you made me forgo peace of mind and huge money. Siphoned ₹99, 000 from my AXIS BANK Credit Card and you are not able to reverse it. Time and again, you are assuring safety of transaction. When the issue reported is relating Bank, You have made me scapegoat instead of taking up with HDFC Bank. Being in senior Manger cadre also, I wonder and pity myself for trapped by web pages.
                              Account was opened in Kotak bank A/c no [protected] with my KYC and Pan photo over whatapp number +[protected] other credentials. Whereas mobile access is with phone [protected].

                                  This is to inform that Reliance JIO had been regularly deduction Data to the tune of GB's easily from the recharged accounts without our knowledge on more than 50 occasions and still continuing, this happens when there is change in our recharge pattern, and especially when we are already subscribe and in excess of data and we had queued another recharge, the Jio system some how recognizes this and swipes away valuable data there after from subsequent recharges, mostly we loose close to 10 - 15 GB in these transaction in a gap of 2 month. Once intimated to JIO they inform us through an automated message system, referring that we had ourselves consumed the data unknowingly due to our technical ignorance, however the case is different and this is a game already set in their system. However it is also noticed that after a period of few days or when we had lost around 15 - 20 GB which ever is earlier, we are restored to normal data consuming pattern, and this is when they might be moving on to another victim, this is a small individual loss, but collectively this is a huge loss and can accumulate to thousands and lakhs of data byes, If anyone had similar issue please let us know so we can take this up, this is what i had studied over a period of 1 year on more, watching their system pattern.

                                      Hello, I would like to raise a concern regarding Reliance Store Darjeeling. In Google the timings are 7am to 8pm. I reached store at 8:00am however, the staffs told me that for consumers in time is 9:00am. Again at 9:00am I reached the store but they didn't allow me to enter and told me that the in time is 9:30am.
                                      This is really a bad experience. The timings should made clear to the customers so that they should not face difficulty.
                                      Kindly look into this matter seriously and do the needful.
