I had a 3 G data connection with reliance which I was paying for regularly until February 2013. Connection No. [protected]. I was using it for officials of my company. I had sent an email for disconnection on 28 Feb 2013 and then on 6 April 2013 to close this connection. Somebody used this connection in my company from 9 April to 29 April 2013. I was charged for this usage plus the rental for complete month of March. My question is why had they taken so long to cancel a connection ? I have written to reliance nodal officer and on their other email ids to send me the bill for the usage except for the rental for the month of March but got no response. I am ready for pay for the usage (which has infact happened only when they have failed to close the connection) but why rental for the month of March? I am looking to switch the 86 reliance data card connections to other subscribers for their callous attitude.

Reliance Communication Ltd — Call list bill not supplying

i am Govardhan S. I am relaince mobile customer. When i got mobile from first month onwards, the bill amount is not proper as per plan . Every time i have to remain the customer care about that bill details.

Now in Aug month bill, i asked the full call list detailed bill, they refused to give that bill.

We have 5 post paid connection, nos. is [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] in the Company name, but we have not recd. bill in time or not recd., so how can we deposit the bills in due period, kindly arrange to send the above nos. bills immeditely when bill issue.

Reliance Communications — improper Bills

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am a Reliance mobiles customes from last 5 yrs (with [protected] & [protected] prepaid connection, & now Using your postpaid from last 6 months, after which i'm in trouble. I have Some minor Problems with which i need to get solved by some highly experienced and reponsible/resultable person only, as down the liners are failed to solve due to being system dependent.(customer care persons)

>>PROBLEM NO.1
My Bill Inv No.[protected] Dt.08-Jan-2009 Rs.696/- was unpaid by Due Dt.27-Jan-2009, next bill Inv. No.[protected] Dt.08-Feb-2009 Rs.1431/- (as per bill on send to me & Rs.1473/- as per SMS recvd from 5222)(was including Prev. bill Amt) was paid(Rs.1473/-) on 10.Feb.2009(Befor Due Dt.25-Feb-2009 On the requeset of your Customer Care Person) by my acct. using ICICI Net-Banking.(Acct. Statement for which is Attached).
And, again i have been charged (by ECS Cheque) the same Amt of Rs.1431/- on my bank acct. which was returned Bcoz of low balnce for which Bank has Charged me a Penalty of Rs 281/-(only Bcoz of Reliance).

And Now in this Month My Current bill deatail( according to the bill mailed to me) is Inv. No.[protected] Dt.08-Mar-2009 Rs.-988/-(minus amt) has Due Date of 26-Mar-2009. But, The current billing amt as per the SMS No.4 recvd on 13-Mar-2009 @ 09:19 hrs from 5222 is Rs 744.46/- & as per the SMS No.3 it Rs.740.26/-, where As as per the SMS No.2 was Rs641/- (approx as my msg has been deleted)and the SMS No.1 was telling to pay Rs.1431/-. the mystry is not ended by Texual role, but the costomer care person was asking me to pay the option No.5 i.e. the amt of RS.485/-

in January I have activated Rs.60 Scheme for 1000 SMS with the help of customer care person on *222. which is not rflected/calculated in Bill, casing increase of my billling amt.

Again the same Scheme was requested at *222 on 12-Feb-2009 to activat and i had confirmed also after 2 day by calling again to *222 ( even i had received SMS for that). But on 9th Mar i shocked when come to know ( by *222 person only)that there is no such scheme is activated on my No. I shouted him and told taht i had activated it, then he after keeping me on hold for some time, he returned and informed me tah it was requested but not activated So he has activated and will be reflected in 08-Mar-2009's bill. But i'don't believe.

as every one aware of current worldr economy LVL so, evry one wants minimise all the possible expenses, I also doing same, My mobile bill is comes under that scheme, so was avaoiding to use of my mobile for calling as far as possible and I regularly cheking my unbilled information. Ahich I found increasing. So as a dought on date on 27th -n- 28th March-2009 i haven't made any call, just to chek your system. i found guilty of your system i.e. on 27th morning the unbill amt was Rs. 640/- which has been increased nearly by Rs. 100/- without any use of calls.
(i have cross checked it with my mobile's Dialled calls duration, and msg counter which i had made reset on 26th night)

NOTE:
I was going to cancel the POst paid connection Bcoz of all this Cheatings. But Due to the Customer Care person's kind request i have taken 1-more and final risk) for which,
i have made my Mobile ready to tarck your chori by have i.e. reset Dialled Call's duration record and Msg counter.
Also, (i don't know that my calls have been recorded or not) I had told him that i will not pay current and next bill unless and untill it is not going to Be corrected.

Reliance — Improper bill

Sir,
with due respect i want to inform you that I was a consumer of reliance post paid connection. They had send me a wrong bill and i had complaint in reliance customer several times but I did not get any response. then i had requested to close my number [protected] but they did not did so and keep on generating my bills. And now they are forcing me to pay the bill.
Kindly consider my complain an take a appropriate action.

DELAY IN NEW CONNECTION

SIR,
I am Mohd Abdul Aleem i have applied for a post paid connection on 11-jul-09 with application no:[protected] and till now i didnot got my sim card when i am called your executive from whom i applied for connection on monday after the verification he said verification is clear and will give you sim tuesday morning.He came on tuesday with sim card and ask me to check when i checked it was not activated then said he will give me in evening, But when he didn't came i called him he gave me his TL and HEAD number they told there is problem with server and we put your request on mail.They assure me that they will give me SIM on friday but from tomorrow evening when i am calling they are not responding.I dont know from where to check the status of my application.i request you to handover my connection today if you cant please refund my deposits.

RELIANCE COMMUNICATION LTD. — Closed out going call facility against full bill payment and issue of Duplicate Receipt against bill payment.

Dear Sir/Madam
I have deposited the bill Rs 350 Receipt no 8141740 dated 03/08/09 at Bharat Infocomm, 30, 40, Duda, Markit, Jind, Haryana. But company has blocked my outgoing call facility due to reason of not deposition of bill payment.
I have complaint this on customer care under complaint no.[protected] dated 11/08/09 regarding phon no [protected].
But company has charge me late fee Rs 50/- for delay payment charge.
once again I have deposit Rs 450/- against the bill of month Aug. 2009.
But company issue me duplicate & boughs receipt against this which has no receipt no and date.
I have again complaint this on Customer care under complaint no[protected] dated 01/08/09.
Even customer care executive are not dealing properly.
Due to this I feel unconvinced because outgoing call are blocked. I am a cont. Govt. Employee. my Job is field job. due to this I need Phone to manage my work. But due to this I was unable to did my duty. therefore my performance is effected. Which effect the my image against my senior and colleagues.
There for you are requested to take necessarily action against this.

Myself Shushant Majumdar. I had took reliance data card on 02.07.08. After using few months, i given to request to termination (date[protected]. And at the time of termination i was paid my all the bills(B.NO.1082698). Eight moths later. They had send me notice to pay your outstanding amount (Rs.3095 Bill was generate after my termination). I had complaint in reliance customer several times but i did not get any response. And now they are forcing me to pay the bills. Kindly consider my complain and take an appropriate action.

    my complain is, Reliance Company cheated me last 5 months by providing wrong information on their website that is: they are showing the spl Recharge 197 validity is 30 day but they provide only 28 days

    and for special recharge 13 the website information is of 30 days of validity but after recharge they provide 14 days

    Reliance Cdma Mobile — Wrong recharge

    Sir/Madam,

    I have done an easy recharge today (08/09/2009) for Reliance STD calling card ([protected]) for Rs 250. But the retailer has wrongly recharged another service with the same amount.

    Your recharge system is so complecated, nobody representing the company is clear about it. The retailers dont have any clue what vouchers are available. Not to mention the customer support department, the representatives are not clear about the products. Highly incompetent customer support team.

    I want the STD calling card to be recharged as soon as possible. Hopefully this mail will have some effect.

      My Reliance landline number 30127557 is dead since last 1 month. I registered a complain regarding the issue to customer care but there was no reply from their side any time nor the problem got resolved. I tried contacting them 4-5 times after registering the complain but it was all in vain. Till date my phone is not working. These are the reference number that I received when I contacted them. Reliance=[protected], Reliance=[protected], Reliance=[protected], Reliance=[protected], Reliance=[protected], Reliance=[protected]

      Note to be taken that though the phone is dead, their billing cycle won't stop.
      Please take necessary steps against this issue so that my phone is back online.

      i took my net connection on feb 16 2008.my landline n o is[protected].and my net id is[protected].u people dont have any responsibility against customers.u can check my registered complains in ur system every alternate day i am registering a complain regarding my dead telephone.u people know to collect amount, u people know to mention due dates but u people dont have any responsibility in giving good quality services.provide quality services ur service should be ur first motto .amount is secondary.can u check how many complains i registeresd against my landline and net .my l.line gets disconnect for every alternate day.when u cannot slove the problem give chance to some others who can provide good services.problem is solved but as the day turns in calender again my problem is same.atleast now try to correct my problem.still my landline is not working.provide quality service that will give u fame and name dont think of collecting amount.ur srevice to me in the month of feb is not even worth 1 rupee u can check how many complains i registered but my due date is mentioned.try to slove my problem iam sorry to say u iam fed up with my landline connection.my contact no is 91-[protected].

        Myself sunil vishwakarma and i have worked with Reliance communication Raipur C.G. 492001 as senior BDE. i have joind 21 march 2013 and regined 26 april 2013 and submit all document related to salary after some days to the corporate branch (HR mr Amit Das) but till now after passing 3 months i am not getting my salary. and my boss mr. NITIN JAIN also said i cant help about this matter. he don't want to pay my salary. they are only give me alots of excuse. sir plz help me so that i can get my salary.i shall be highly obliged i[censored] will sort it out. thanking you. hopefully u w'll take an appropriate action regarding this matter.

          I got this mail from an unknown person who claims to be a legal advisor and working for Reliance. He claims to have filed a legal notice against me for non payment of dues.I disconnected my internet services somewhere in april 2010 and i had not payed the last bill and the late fees was charged. I called him up for further inspection. He said i have to come to Delhi since the case is registered in Delhi by the company, whereas i stay in Mumbai and the internet connection was in Mumbai.I asked him about the procedure and he told me to meet an associate of his at a railway station here in mumbai and give him the dues and he will give me the receipt and the thing will be sorted. He also claimed that even i[censored] pay ur dues 10 times at reliance outlet it would be considered null and ultimately i will have to pay him to clear out my dues with the company. I was not sure about this idea and so called the customer care to check on it. Customer care executive told me to not pay my dues to ne such person. I want to pay dues but not sure about the consequence. So just wanted to confirm about the issue that i am facing. An urgent help would be helpful.

              I have reliance broadband internet connection with user id[protected] which is not working from July 20 2013. I have repeatedly logged five complaints in reliance customer care because they closed each complaint without informing us. The complaint numbers are 24 July[protected], 22 July[protected], 22 July[protected], 21 July [protected]. And the last complaint number is 26 July[protected] which is still alive. When I call reliance customer care the executives always says that the case is escalated to higher authorities and the problem will be solved within 24 hours. But their 24 hours is still not completed. Today also I have received the same message from them. One technician has visited us on last week for checking. He told us one device need to be changed which is kept outside of our building. But they didn’t replace any device and our connection still is not working. Please solve the problem ASAP or if you can’t solve this, please let us know. And please refund our money.
              We have sent this mail to: rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com, [protected]@relianceada.com , we got an automated replay from them. But Till now the problem is not solved by them. The internet connection is still down. There is no proper way to escalate any problem in reliance. We asked the customer case executives that we want to escalate this case to higher authorities in reliance. But the denied saying that they don’t have any right to transfer the call to higher authorities.

              Reliance Communication Ltd — login complaint

              I had submitted my request for getting the message "invalid login/password" when I try toog in the site
              for viewing my bill and making payments using my mobile no as login and password as provided by company. Always the same message appears as "invalid login/password". I had submitted this complaint/request to customer support services for app. 10 times and got the service message for 10 times
              giving me reset password but when I login same message appers as "ivalid login/password".

              This is pathetic.
              Today i request to costomer care for tune code of the fil of karzzzzz but the tune code given me is not correct and customer care said that you will subscribe new tune and re charge of next callertune this not fair please back my money earlier in my mobile.
              My mobile (No. [protected])is stolen. please block the number so that no call can be made from the number.

              we are taken the 6 reliance gsm sim in offer period but we are not satisfied this offer because out of 6, 3 working but not the others i have complaint so many times to customer care but they are not responding our complaints plz rectify my problems

              I am sourav das takiing a new connection of realiance GSM service on 21.02.09. My mobile No. is [protected]. After that day I am till trying to get the GPRS setting for my mobile(Nokia3600slide) But not succeded. I made call to castomar care but no respons from them till now. My service request no. is 90089961. According to them within 2 days i get a solution. But no result found.

              Re: Broadband connection. — Not working.

              Broadband not working since last two months. Complain registered, only phone call received but no one has attended the complain till date.
              Want to disconnect the services with immediate effect.

              Reliance Communication — Broadband Connection didn't activated

              I have applied for broadband connection 2 weeks ago in Reliance (in their Chupatty branch, Marine drive, Mumbai) and in 1-st June they announced that my documents were been accepted and I purchased the modem on that they. But still now after 1 week my connection didn't get activated. Whenever I do try to contact them most of the time they don't receive it, if receives gives thousands of excuse for it and assure me that it will get active by the day, but end of the day nothing happens.

              I have some urgent requirement of internet due to my job and studies, and tried to help the service provider from every possible expect but didn't get any clue still now. My question is who can give the correct answer for this & who will take the responsibility if my job hampers and I have to face problem for this?

              I am constantly registering complaints regarding the internet service not working properly.
              Inability to access content on download.com and similar sites, youtube.com and similar sites.
              Complaint is always being taken down as Internet not working at all.
              Made to go through same troubleshooting steps over an over again.
              Calls are made to my brothers number instead of my mobile number.(There is only a difference of one digit in my and my brothers mobile number, mine starts with 98XXXXXXXX, brothers starts with 99XXXXXX)
              Linemen visits to check connectivity, closes complaint mentioning it being resolved.

              I have Informed them of this problem occurring in the past; being solved from the server end at Kalina.
              But as I mentioned, I am made to go through same steps with no resolution.

              Spoken with Anand Koyale from escalation team(Complaint no.[protected], mentioned problem will be forwarded to the server end, Complaint closed calling it resolved.

              I do not understand why my call is not being forwarded to the server end and why am I being harassed.

              Call logs, call recordings, e-mails can be provided if required.

              Please look into the matter.

              Reliance Communications — Problem in Broadband

              I had registered to start the WIMAX Service with Reliance Broadband.
              My factory is on the outskirts of Ahmedabad and I had my doubts about the connectivity.
              The sales people who worked for RComm, Mr. Manish and Mr. Mukesh ([protected]) had guranteed that it would work and said that they had set it up for someone just half a kilometer away.
              So I confirmed the subscription and gave them the advance check of Rs. 2425.
              The next day their installation team came and after 2-3 hours they decided that the installation was "NOT FEASIBLE". I immediately called the sales person and was informed that my check was already deposited and I would get a refund within 1 week.
              It has been more than one month and there is no confirmation as to when I would get my refund.
              The sales person now does not have the decency to pick up my call as well.
              MY ADVICE TO ALL FELLOW CONSUMERS IS WHEN IT IS RELIANCE BROADBAND ( OR ANY OF THEIR SERVICES ) DONT PAY ANYTHING WITHOUT TAKING A TRIAL FIRST.

                I am ANUJ KUMAR , very disappointed with Reliance services and mobile hand-set. I want to inform you that i have bought reliance mobile hand - set CG220 (Haier) on 28-June-2013 from "COSMIC KOMUNICA" , Gurgaon on the name of "ANUJ KUMAR". I have got problem in hand - set's keys and automatic on/off problem within 8 days from the purchase date. So, i was very disappointed with Reliance hand-set.

                After that i have given that hand-set to Reliance authorized service centre in Gurgaon that is "SHIVOM ENTERPRISES" , Shop no. -46, 1st floor, Devi Palace, Opp. Raj Cinema, Old Delhi road, Gurgaon (Haryana) on 13 - July-2013. They have told me that collect your hand - set with 4-5 days. I am calling them from 18-july-2013 again and again, but they havn't pick the call. or if they have pick the call, then they don't tell about exact time of getting hand-set.

                I have mailed this problem to reliance customer care mail-id on[protected], I got reply from that side is that your problem will be solve within 5 days. But after 2 days when I haven’t any information regarding to my problem, I have send mail to him again, but they havn’t replied. So, I have contacted at service centre, but there were no-one was listening my problem, they have told that they haven’t got hand-set from the company side, so how can they give hand-set to me. So, I am very irritated with them, so I don’t want that set back. Because I have spend lot of my time & money with them.

                  I have taken one Reliance post plan (599) from (Channel Partner Name : Shashi Enterprises,SCO-83,Sector-22,Huda Market,Opp.RPS School ,Gurgaon) on 28th July 13.I have submitted all necessary documents & 450 Rs(250 Rs Security money + 200 processing fee) paid for this Plan. then I asked for slip but sales executive (Karan) told that I can’t provide the invoice slip.
                  Then I have complainted that & I have got the call from area Manager on 30th July 13.she has told me that sale executive have been taken wrong money (200 Rs) & she has already spoken regarding this issues .Also she told that 250 Rs will be deposited as my security money in my account and 200 Rs will be refunded to me. she told me that i will collect the refund money in the evening. My security money has not been deposited in account still.
                  Then I reached on Reliance shop (30 July 13) at 7.15 PM & asked for money then they have told me that we can never give me the money and started to use the local language (Mr. Yashpal & Vishal Sharma) “Agar Dhiru Bhai Ambani bhi aate hai to paisa nhi duga or jyada bolega to tumhara no. bhi block kara duga.tumse jo bhi banta hai kar lo” suddenly they are shouting with all sales executive. Then I came back.
                  Request you to solve my problem & I don’t want to go that shop again.

                  i have surrendered my reliance phone before 1 year but i yet not recive any security money Rs 2000, which were they deposite at the time of buying their product.
                  they had promise it will be refund at the time of leving service, but it yet not.

                  I took the reliance connection from R.T.Nagar Reliance Communication a month back and I have had problems ever since .. My connection gets deactivated every other week because the documnets that I submit every week to this store doesnt reach Reliance .. This is the 4th time that I got a message from reliance saying that my documnets havent reached them and that my connection will be deactivated desipte ensuring from the store manager that my application form and the documnets were filled out correctly everytime I submit it ..The last 3 times when I submitted the documnets I was given an assurance that the problem will be fixed by the store manager, they activate my connection and 3-4 days later it gets deactivated by Reliance because the documnets havent reached them still..
                  I have been played around like this for a month now without a connection.
                  One other thing : If your trying to call and check on the status And the store manager knows your number then he will not answer any calls from that number .. You will have to keep trying from other phone to get through to him ..

                  This is my worst experice I have ever had .. Absolute Pathetic customer service i've ever received

                  Reliance Communications — Sale based on wrong information

                  This is w.r.t. reliance Netconnect broadband+ device that I have purchased from your sales agent on 9th July 2010.

                  Purchase cost was Rs. 2300 plus Rs. 250 activation cost. While I was buying this device, I asked the agent multiple times, if there would be coverage in all areas of Goa since I would require most of the use of this device in Goa. The sales agent’s name was Mr. Sushant[protected]. Btw this agent approached me and called me multiple times at the time of the sale. He assured me that coverage was no problem at all in Goa.

                  I was in Goa for that weekend – 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th of July. The device logged in the first time and opened up Google search page and a couple of other websites. However after that I got abruptly disconnected. Thereafter we tried all modes (hybrid, 1x etc) but were unable to login. Further checking showed us that there were no coverage bars at all.

                  We tried re-installing the whole thing, but the problem persisted. When I called Sushant, I was in turn sent a message to call customer care. I was asked to do certain trouble shooting steps and then they said someone would visit. However I have no heard anything after that.

                  Now I am back in Bangalore and there seems to be no solution. I called customer care again today and spoke to “Manju @ 11:45 am”. He said I would have to be in Goa for the problem to be resolved. Nobody seems to understand, that I cannot travel to Goa to just undertake some troubleshooting steps!

                  Nobody seems to be able to help now that the device has been sold. I want to have this device returned and my money refunded please.

                  I have even looked up their website w.r.t. coverage and the place that I am staying in clearly states "No coverage in this area" sreenshots attached. They do not register complaints on the helpline and I have tried their number again today at 7:30, 7:45 and 8:00 pm. I go through the long menu and then once it rings, it disconnects you!
                  pathetic after sales service. all they care about is taking your money and leaving you in the ditch after that

                    My Reliance GSM having number [protected] is use for 3G Internet and messaging only, Reliance is charging thrice as "Amount Charged for VAS Evolve Subscription Rs:5.00" on 15 and 17 July and 2nd August 2013 respectively, which I never subscribe any VAS since my connection.

                    I tried STOP at 121, it response "Dear Customer, You are not Subscribed to any VAS Packs." and MYVAS at 55333, it also response as "Dear Subscriber, you have no VAS packs currently."

                    Please rectify the problem, I'm looking forward to your valuable consideration and quick resolve of my problem.

                      As per my complaint on my phone, Reliance CDMA number [protected] :
                      I get refund of Rs 5/- for VAS Altruist Subsc
                      still the charges for VAS CRBT Prepaid S charged Rs 30
                      not refunded. So return remaining dues

                      My complain is that Reliance service has activated various VAS in my phone, Reliance CDMA number [protected] :

                      and these following two service is regularly deducting money from my account

                      i m the customer of reliance since 3 years bt from last 6 mnths without my permission they actives any services like "my feeling", bhagwat geeta , or any caller tune on my phone and deduct my balance ..every month , and when i complaint they deactivate that and activate another sevice..i dont know what to do ..is there any body who help me in this regard....i think this is there new way of money earning ....and now i feel reliance become most terrible network in india .. plzz help

                      My complain is that Reliance service has activated various VAS in my phone, Reliance CDMA number [protected] :
                      [protected] VAS TechzoneSMS S charged Rs 10

                      and these following two service were regularly deducting money from my account

                      VAS Altruist Subsc charged Rs 5
                      VAS ShemarooVP charged Rs 5
                      and so on...

                      All these activations were without my knowledge and consent. I want all VAS services deactivated and also charged amounts to
                      get refunded to my balance as I never approved such activation and instead was harassed of such regular automated activation
                      against my will.
                      They should not be activate any VAS service in future if it does i have to go for new mobile service provider

                        I am using reliance GSM sim ([protected]) and on 31st july got one message the Amount charged for VAS CRBT Prepaid Rs30.
                        Even if I have not subscribed this service,its automatically activated on my mobile and amount Rs.30 deducted.

                        After that I have immediately un subscribed using SMS UNSUB 1003 to 155223 but my Rs.30 rupees is not yet credited to my account.
                        Could you help me to get the amount reverted?

                        Reliance India Mobile — Automatic Subscription of Services and Charges deducted from balance

                        I am Reliance India mobile custome and my mobile number is [protected]. I was automatically subscribed to back ground tunes service and the charges were cut down from my available balance. When I contacted the customer care of Reliance, they informed me about I have subscribed for this service on 30th August, during 2 to 2:30 PM. I want to state that I have not made any such subsription and I have not made any SMS or call for this purpose. This is cheating from the company side and not tolerable to me.
                        I request for necessary action.

                        i do not activate any service like mantra pack or news pack but they have activated mantra pack on my mobile no.                         Reliance has activated CRBT service without my consent. I recieved a message ON 31. 05.2010 saying that CRBT has been activated and Rs 20 was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance.

                        Customer Service Representative is saying, its the company policy that they can activate a service and customer need to tell in 24 hours to deactivate the service.

                        I, Abhijit Kishore, am consumer of Reliance GSM (SMART), Jharkhand. They have activated caller tune facility in my mobile themselves without my concern. When I complained
                        then deactivated the caller tune. But, they did not refund my money by telling that it was activated my me. But, It is not true they cut my Rs 40/-. Actually the caller tune was activated on 2nd october, 2010 and unactivated it on 11th october 2010. if i have done my self why should i unsubscribe it before one month after paying it for one month. They I tried to call customer no. that never connect. Then I went to customer care centre myself. They registered my complain (complain no.[protected] and after two days they unsubscribed it and said that they did deducted any amount. But they have deducted it. They often do this type of things and harassing us.

                        I had applied for a reliance datacard on 27th June 2011 through reliance website(http://www.reliancenetconnect.co.in), than after a day I received a call from connectindia(http://www.reliancenetconnect.co.in), they said that sir you had applied for datacard through reliance website, than the conversation start about plan, price, connectivity, activation etc. after that I asked him to call after a day, in just 3 days I had received more than 20 calls from different different numbers and different different people and the numbers are: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. To sell a datacard, than finally after all conversation with all the people I had purchased a device from Alok (Connect india) on 30th june 2011, he assured me for good service and all, but form that day my connection is not activated yet. I had called up customer care they said that they don’t have any information about me probably document are not submitted yet so you need to go to reliance webworld and submit the same. I also did the same in reliance webworld( Sector-15, Faridabad) they said that services would be activated in couple of minutes, after a day when the service is not activated than again I visited reliance webworld, they refuse to help me out I try to call all the numbers which I have mentioned but now no one is responding infact reliance customer care people also said the same thing that you need to contact that person whom you purchased the device, not only this today I received a call from reliance they said that my amount is not deposited yet, since I had already made the payment for the same. I am very much fed up and upset the way they are providing me the service, my connection is not activated yet since it’s already 10 days, no one is helping me out. I want my mobey to be refund I don’t want to use the connection and also want to lodge a complaint against Connectindia, Reliance, reliance customercare & Reliance webworld. If reliance give the authority to sell their products to any 3rd party than they should also insure about services as well and the most funny part reliance people don’t know about connectindia where reliance is give them the authority to sell their products and who so ever want to purchased a reliance device through website they to fill a form in reliance website that form automatically go to connect india people and they do the followup.

                          customer care exec on 28th of july . and was asking about the validity

                          but, i didn't get proper response from him..
                          So, i requested him to transfer the call to his senior exec.

                          After transferring the call, i spoke to Mr. karanjeet and
                          asked him about the matter... He replied that he can't give the
                          info. about the mentioned problem...
                          and after that he started abusing me..it looks like a deeply concerned

                          It is a great problem to a customer And also to RELIANCE COMMUNICATION
                          as it is a well known company all over india..

                            I am using a no from reliance 3G Postpaid. i have an unlimited plan which costs me around 1700 per month . i had received a bill of rs 1765.55 in july for which i paid 1500 rs through my debit card online so remaining amount was 265.55 . as i was busy i could not make this payment due to which my line was barred on 1st of august at night 3 AM. so far so legal and good. now as i stay awake at night when i saw this i made a payment of rs 500 within 5 mins using my icici debit card online for which i got a receipt no AMIP39843850. I knew that it takes around 3 to 6 hours to restore the line automatically so i slept to find out in the morning that my outgoing was still barred. so i called the callcentre on *222 which could be reached after serveral attempts. i told my story and a complaint was lodged with ref no :[protected] which was to be resolved within 6 hours , after 1 and half hours i received a message that my SR no[protected] has been processed. when i tried restarting my phone the outgoing was still dead., i again made a complain and again got a reference no that is[protected] and again same thing happened ., on asking i was told by the customer care representative that the payment was not showing on their system biut they had a confirmation that the payment was done ( so ridiculous).. however he escalated the call to a superior knowing a genuine problem but he kept the phone saying it will be resolved soon within 6 hours. again i lodged a complaint and it was again processed but no result and then lastly i paid online another 300 bucks and still waiting the result but in vein... sometimes it seems they are playing with the money . who;s going to compensate for the outgoing calls i could not make for 24 hours. and i dont know how much more time. what is the use of the credit limit of 3000 if they disrupt my calls just for 255 rs...its pathetic.

                            I use a similar VIP no on the vodafone network with credit limit of 21000 and they dont ask me to pay even i pay them after two months., this is where reliance is lacking goodwill with the customers.


                            Hope i can get a resolution soon here.

                              As Reliance launched its new data service o[censored]nlimited Whatsapp only for 16 Rs. per month. If you go on their website you will see that scheme ads on front page Reliance Prepaid Mobile Recharge Vouchers & Reliance Mobile Recharge Information[/url] after seeing that ads I had activated that service on my cell phone. once service get activated they deducted 16 rs. from my balance. and when i used that facebook and whatsapp. my balance also get deducted because i used the internet. I did complain in customer care more than 5 times. even they are saying, sir, their is a problem in our plan. when it will get activate even they don't know. and even they are not giving my 16 rs. refund to me… so pls do something on this. and take action against the Reliance.

                                I am a central government employ and i was applied for broad band connection I was attached for that document also after two bill it is not regularised and I went Adyar exchange and gave return complaint then they checked my file same paper was there in my file and they given me assurance will do the neccessary action after thee bill was recived it is not regularised. Regarding 1/5/09 to 31/5/09 my plan was changed from 500c to 750 unlimited plan but they were put misc charge Rs. 1360/- What it means. Pleae give me your explain.

                                Reliance Broadband — Billing

                                Hi,

                                I am another victim of Reliance trying to harras people and ask for money which they dont owe to them.

                                I requested Reliance to install their Broadband which was done on 29th march,2011. I received a Bill in April asking for payment for one and a half months in advance(Dont know what for when I already paid them in advance the month of April). I called them and asked them to terminate my connection on 29th April, 2011(Have Reference ID of the call).

                                Now I still recieve calls from Reliance and they ask for payments for the months of May and June, for the months when the connection was already terminated. When I tell them that I already had disconnected my Broadband they say that they will look into the matter and call me back which never happens and everytime a new executive calls and I have to explain them the same issue and nothing happens.

                                I request you to look into the matter and resolve this issue as it is really annoying.

                                  I am using reliance broadband I'd[protected] wouldn't recommend anyone to get reliance broadband and landline. First time the connection did not work and 2 months later still they could not fix it. Except kept saying we have escalated the complaint whom are they escalating to.?
                                  Then they said BMC terminated our contract and cannot refund my money until 60 days. I thought maybe genuine problem what was surprising though when I applied for a new connection they were able to provide me for that. Its been 20 days since I have the same problem of connection not working and same reason that BMC cut their line, the reliance team keeps calling to sell landline plans and their technicians never installed the landline for which I have complaint at least 3 times. Every time u call they will put u on hold for 20 mins and have arranged for a call back at least 20 times but no one will call. And biggest surprise their customer service no. Is an airtel no. They Dont trust their own network y should u??

                                    Since 8-9 month ago, i have converted my connection prepaid to postpaid and take a plan 599. i saw where i was living there are no network so i have complain that solved this issue because that number was very important. He did't anything so i thought why we pay 599 because we cant call to our contact circel so i have changed my plan 599 to 99 basic plan. how much, i will call i will pay that to RIM but i saw the bill he mentioned same plan 599 to my next bill so i have called in customer care but he tell that to me we cant do anyting because computer is genrated the bill and this is final bill. He did't helped me , everytime customer care say you will be pay that amount which our computer is genrated.
                                    I was not pay that bill amount after some time he is my block my connection and said to me when you will pay i will start you connection. I will pay you amount but please open my incoming connection beause this number is important to me but he did not open my connection and that time i was travelling in train. after 6 month one caller from relaince communication and said to me, i am sending you a notice to you because you have not paid you bill amount. i have said please correct my bill after then i will pay you bill amount but he dont want to listen this.every time he cut my phone or hold me near about 30 mins because that number is very imporatant. Now after some days , i have recived a called from relaince hired lawer, he said to me pay you bill other wise i will send you a notice to you i said to him pelase correct my bill i will pay you remaining amount which will be correct.
                                    Kindly contact the person, he is telling,i am a lawyer of Relaince communication and said to me, pay you money within 1 hour. He is ordering to me. I am attaching a my bill. kindly check.

                                    I have postpaid mobile since last 2 years on conversion from prepaid. earlier bills were very high but i could not do any thing as i did not know where to complain ? because on every complain, reliance customer care replied the fixed answer " every thing is allright.there is no mistake from our side"
                                    in last month, I have not down every call details on 10th of june, 08 along with all engaged calls and details of duration of each calls from ringing time and from pick up time, I surprised to know that the company has charged on every engaged calls.
                                    the same thing was happend in all bills since begining because my almost every calls were more than 2 to 3 minutes and I always try to repeat the calls to a same person on engaged call. but the company has charged on all calls repeated and all calls less then 30 sec.. please let me know, what to do? please help.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    Wish to request you that I had applied for the termination of my Reliance Mobile Connection number - [protected] at Reliance Nehru Place, Delhi Center. in Feb'2009.

                                    I was asked to pay the bill for whole month inspite of the fact i had applied for termination with immediate effect. I made the complete Payment and Had submitted a written request in your duly filled format for which I have the Receipt of submission.
                                    Since I was asked to pay the bill for whole month I had asked your representatives to terminate the no immediate effect and till such time for the balance period of service request time my calls were forwarded to another number of mine.

                                    My that cycles bill, which reached me by post at the end of month mentions the total usage to be negative. that means i had receivables from the Reliance communication Company.

                                    Now to my utter surprise my connection has not been terminated till date and reliance Representatives from various call center keep on calling me to the bills reliance is unnecessarily generating inspite of having been served a written request duly signed in proper format and acknowledged by their representatives too.

                                    Is this the way reliance makes an attempt to befool the innocent customer or try to play around with the hardearned money of the customers by making them pay for the services they never wanted to use.

                                    If reliance has a policy in place that says that they will not terminate the number inspite of having given written request, why were we not informed about this at the time of request submission.

                                    To the Policies if we talk I understand even making me forcefully pay the bill for whole month and not terminating my no considering Prorata charges while they do adhear to prorata practices while selling new connection. should it not fall under MRTP and I recommend TRAI to look into the same and help / support the concerns of innocent people like us.

                                    I expect no double standards from reliance and look forwards that my bills which have falsely been generated as i have no willingness to continue reliance services be waived off.

                                    Does it not becomes the duty of TRAI too to look into these issues and look frame a better policy to safeguard the intersts of customers against such companies.

                                    requesting Reliance to put their efforts in more productive efforts rather than harrasing innocent customers like us.

                                    I recently purchased a Reliance broadband data card from one of your dealers called “ BRC solutions”. They informed me that since I was working with HP I will get a discount on my monthly plan as well as my activation. They informed me that the monthly rental for my plan will be Rs 1099 which is a nationwide 10 GB plan. When I received a verification call from the reliance team, they informed me that my monthly rental is 1250. I told them I am supposed to get corporate discount. They said to get in touch with the dealer. I tried calling the dealer several times but they were not able to help, told me to call customer care. I feel I am getting a run around here and need a solution provided to this to avoid any further frustration and changing my plan.

                                    , I was told that I would be getting a speed of 3.1 mbps, so far it has never exceeded 348 kbps which was the second lie. Please look into this matter asap and please provide me with the options about the corporate plans that I can switch to.

                                    I then requested for a plan change to corporate plan of 850 per month 10 GB plan and someone called me and confirmed that the plan is changed but when I received my bill this month, I discovered that my plan is still not changed.

                                        I have a mobile with a no. [protected] . I had purchased the connection from lucknow dated 17.08.2008 with a Reliance post paid STD free plan.

                                        It took 6 days to activate my STD to it. Making several calls to the vendor.

                                        Secondly after thorough verification of address via telephone and in person verification my outgoing calls was made barred on 28.08.2008. On conversing with the vendor, i was told to understand that there is negative address proof verification so the calls are barred hence i again submitted the required documents . i was also to undertand phone shall be activated shortly.

                                        I made a call to customer care, they told that i m supposed to submit doc. again to the vendor and he will reactivate in the system very shortly.

                                        But till time the calls are not made active.

                                        I do not know, why the vendor is not making it properly.

                                        Who is responsible for all?

                                        Why shld i pay bill for these pay, Sld I ?

                                        Please note that I recieved a sms that I am making marketing calls and my no. will be disconnected in 7 days.
                                        Let me first of all tell you that we involve supermarkets, exhibitors to collect numbers for our marketing and we call people who WILLINGLY leave their contact nos.
                                        If someone has complained it is entirely his fault for leaving his phone no., my no was disconnected in 2 days time only and when your nodal office was contacted they asked my for an apology letter which I sent yesterday, I still cannot figure out why I had to apologise.
                                        Please note that I am a pioneer offer customer paying my bills regularly, and regret to inform you that my no is still inoperational. I was hoping for a more customer friendly service and be kept informed if someone had complained to delete the no from my directory, I have no means to know that a particular subscriber does not want any calls even though he gives his no.
