Dear sir/ma'am,

I am a customer using a rcom post paid connection since a long time. As reliance is shutting down i am bound to port out. Since last sunday (29.10.17) i have been trying to send sms (Port [protected]) for upc but when ever i do so i receive an error "message sending failed". And also since yesterday my network bar is nil. I am trying to reach their call center but calls are not getting connected. Please look into the matter and kindly do the needful as i can't afford to loose this no.

Ihad recharge my Reliance no. [protected] two times with the recharge amount of rs. 152/-. But their is no recharge successful on my reliance no.
Please refund my balance as soon as possible.
I recharged through Internet Banking.

    The bill which i received this month came along with late payment fee charges. May i know why i should pay late payment fee when its not the last date to pay bill. Without using your stupid network i have paid 1k bill last month now along with the bill you have included late payment charges. Please explain this dirty money making fraud business of yours

      I have been using reliance telecommunication services for last 5 years but now they have suddenly planned to stop the services. I am not getting any signal and hence unable to port the no. This same issue is being faced by many reliance user. My customers had been given this no. All these years and in banks this no. Is updated. Kindly, take up this issue.

      Same here . My reliance communiaction number is also stopped working suddenlly . and they close it completely within 2 days. Now I am not even able to port my number. There customer support number is not even responding Isn't this is cheating, All my balance reamaining is now waste . They should return the balance to all prepaid customer. And should be charged heavely by consumer court by shutting there numbers whose validity was till 2030, It is suddenly an invalid number. Please take up this issue, if possible complain this to Consumer court.
      if they shut down number of 1 cr customer with average prepaid balance 100 rs. Rcom taken approx 100cr Rs of customers without providing any services.

          I have been using relaind from past many days and i changed my plan to i was i a plan in which calling unlimited is free and daily 1gb 4g data... This was suppose to continue for 10 months at the cost of 1058 including everything without any monthly charges... After using it for a month i got monthly bill and asking me to pay, since i didnt pay the company had discontinued all my services.. This is totally a fraud... How can they cheat people like this.. Ridiculous..

            I ravi kumar from bathinda (Punjab), i have a sim of reliance gsm from last 8 year. From last two week, no network show in my mobile number. When i gave the complaint to authorized reliance customer care. He said all the tower of your area was removed, so you port your mobile number. This is horrible, how can you do this without prior information. Because my all credit and debit cards, all other accounts connect to this number or without network i can't port this number to any other network. Please look into this matter and help me out. And plz send number portability code i will change my number with other company, my humble request plz send me number protability code, my alternate number :- [protected]

              My dad have been using reliance number ([protected]), since long.
              We were asked to change the sim to gsm from cdma. We did it some 6 months or so back.

              Few days back, the sim is not working at all. While trying to contact, its of no help... We have around rs 400 balance in this prepaid number. Its an important number for us, as all details are merged with this number.

              Please take immediate action to rectify it.

                I request port on last 4 days ago still no reply from reliance and without inform us they also close the service..
                Since i paid advance amount they not providing proper signals, because of that my business gone down and there is no proper response from reliance.

                Please check on this issue.. Are guide me how proceed above for proper consumer complaint against reliance.

                    I have a reliance prepaid sim card. I had around rs 200 as my balance on 25th october 2017 but when i checked on 28th oct 2017. I had 0 balance.
                    I never activated any service nor did i have any calls in between.
                    Therefore i want to know that where did my balance go. I tried contacting the customer care but there is no option as customer assistant.
                    Please do the needful done as soon as possible.

                      My reliance number is 91 [protected]. It is showing emergency calls only due to signal issue i think from 29th october 2017. Once i got for 5 minits like aircel reliance signal. But again gone. When i want to change the network they are also asking about "port" register number for portability. How it is possible. Please resolve the issue as early as possible this number is very important to me.

                        I am writing to you in respect of non-working/ no signal in my prepaid reliance number. I am receiving sometimes intermittent and most of the day completely no signal since the beginning of the month of october, 2017.

                        I have tried calling to reliance customer care but i always hear the message as "due to emergency situations, the services have been stopped". Moreover, i have visited reliance store outlets but the stores have shut down few months back. I have also approached the local dealers of reliance products, they also proved helpless in this regard.

                        Due to this problem, i am facing lots of difficulties in terms of financial transactions, day to day services etc. Since the beginning of this month.
                        Kindly, resolve the matter at the earliest as it is causing me a great loss already.

                              We are informed that reliance telecom services in kanpur will no longer provide their services and we have to port our numbers to other telecom firm but they shut down their network immediately and we are no able to port our number as their their are no network signal that's why we are unable send sms for getting the mpn to avail the portability service. Please look into matter as this act of reliance telecom is not seems pleasing.

                                    I had done a recharge of rs. 50 on 30/10/2017 at 09:14.
                                    But the amount was suddenly cut off. I had not subscribed to anything but still the amount of rs. 50 was cut. I had not called anywhere after the recharge was done. A message of confirmation was sent on the mobile phone but, soon after this the amount was cut. This has happened earlier also, every time the customer service people reverse the amount and assure that this won`t happen next time. But still the same thing continues. Therefore, i want you to reverse my amount as soon as possible. The phone no. Is [protected] (Reliance gsm).

                                      I have tried 100 times to send SMS for port request but msg is unable to send. I call customer care number. I failed as the customer care ivr is saying due to unavoidable reason our customer care executive would not attend your call. My number is very important for me.
