I request port on last 4 days ago still no reply from reliance and without inform us they also close the service..
Since i paid advance amount they not providing proper signals, because of that my business gone down and there is no proper response from reliance.

Please check on this issue.. Are guide me how proceed above for proper consumer complaint against reliance....

I have a reliance prepaid sim card. I had around rs 200 as my balance on 25th october 2017 but when i checked on 28th oct 2017. I had 0 balance.
I never activated any service nor did i have any calls in between.
Therefore i want to know that where did my balance go. I tried contacting the customer care but there is no option as customer assistant.
Please do the needful done as soon as possible....

We are informed that reliance telecom services in kanpur will no longer provide their services and we have to port our numbers to other telecom firm but they shut down their network immediately and we are no able to port our number as their their are no network signal that's why we are unable send sms for getting the mpn to avail the portability service. Please look into matter as this act of reliance telecom is not seems pleasing....

As reliance is not working, its customer care no. is not working and unable to talk to the customer care agent. Without prior information how this such a big company do that.
My No. [protected] is not working from 1 nov. but why and if this is already been decided then why don't they tell us about that previously.
i have 135 rs in my account but i am unable to use them .

I had done a recharge of rs. 50 on 30/10/2017 at 09:14.
But the amount was suddenly cut off. I had not subscribed to anything but still the amount of rs. 50 was cut. I had not called anywhere after the recharge was done. A message of confirmation was sent on the mobile phone but, soon after this the amount was cut. This has happened earlier also, every time the customer service people reverse the amount and assure that this won`t happen...

I have tried 100 times to send SMS for port request but msg is unable to send. I call customer care number. I failed as the customer care ivr is saying due to unavoidable reason our customer care executive would not attend your call. My number is very important for me. As reliance is going shut down in our state I urgently require porting code. Please help me out. I am very tensed....

My reliance number has stopped working since 2 days without prior information or at least an sms. It shows the signal but no outgoing or incoming. I have enrolled this number in all my official and personal works. This number is very important to me. I cannot do any tranaction without this number. Please. Please provide some solution at least the way to get porting code....

The rcom service had been recently stopped without giving any prior information to its customers before. So customers like me are literally trapped because we cannot neither use the network nor port from the network since the non availability of rcom network. Eventhough there is range in some areas, because of the zero balance i cannot sent port message.
I have been using reliance 2g sim for the past 5 years and i had given this rcom...

I have send multiple times the port request on 1900 with proper details but no code is received till date and also my money is deducted. I have to urgently port my number from rcom to other network as many area now don't have the rcom coverage and i don't want to be one who will stuck in such problems. Without any prior notification reliance communications has stopped its services in kerala. The existing clients are not able to port to any other network as there isn't any range to attain the porting code! We have linked our existing reliance no: to various sources likes banks, mails etx. If someone else gain these phone number then they could easily missuse them. Kimdly take some action and provide some criteria for the existing clients...

This is dinkar chintaman bhosale having reliance mobile number [protected] facing this issue since last 3 months that i am paying access bill of almost rs. 300.00 per month.

But unnecessarily the company is charging me rs.199+gst every month.
