Suddenly from last 3 days reliance had stopped their postpaid services. Due to that we are not be able to communicate with others. Reliance store people are requesting for portability. This is cheating with the customer. Myself is using this services from last 15 years. We should have served as a premium customer but reliance doesn't care for it!!!

Relience communication has stopped services without prior notice, as such i can't port my number to any other service provider. I have been trying to get codetails number so that i may get my phone number ported to another service provider but r.com network is not available so i can't get my phone number ported. My number is very essential as it is connected with bank account.

And second thing i donot apply for portabity i got the msg my rd is 786338 now what to do. This is highly shameful

Please share any information to my phone number. I need the number to be port immediate. As per research, it has stocked in donor operator. Please share the information to airtel. I am using this since 9 years. But i do not know, why you are stop service in gurgoan without any notice.

Hi my name is ruchi bisht. I have ur services for my mobile number [protected]. I m connected to ur services for more 10 yrs.
I have no network at my residence area for more than 1 month already. I did try to call ur cust care number 198 however it keeps diverting to all the options but doesn't allow to lodge a complaint nor allows to spk to the cust care associate.
Finally on 25/10/2017 i lodged network related complaint via ur reliance app. Ref for this is[protected]. It said the issue will be resolved in 3 working days and it is 31/10/2017 with no resolution. I still have no network.

However today i received sms from reliance today which says your porting code is rm414856.
But i have not requested for portout. Why did i get this msg. I don't want to portout. I want my network to be bettered.

I want an update on this one at the earliest.

I lost my money, after recharging successfully for 150 inr and same day services stopped. Not sure what happen to my money, they do not revert back to my account or sim made active until balance over. So this is not fare.

Assume for one customer they took 150, assume from each customer they do this they will earn crors. This is not good. Please help poor people.

From last 2 week i had not getting network for this no i heard that you're going to shut down your service and ask people to port into another network but if i am not getting network how can i do it i visit your gallery at parel but they gives only one answer that we don't know anything we can't help u our server was down this reply i had got 4 time

I have trying many times to generate my PORT number from reliance but I am not getting it.Tried around 15 times by typing PORT followed by my 10 digit mobile number to 1900. Please let me PORT out from reliance as Reliance communications is going to shutdown it's telecom services.I need the port sms because all my important links are attached to it.This appears to be a back end problem, i.e from Reliance communications.They must have disabled this service.My number is [protected].Please please look into this matter so that I port to new operator as soon as possible.

I have paid 541.00 in last cycle. because of that the amount paid is more than the billed amount.

There is no network coverage in my office, I decided to port my number ([protected]) to other network but when I send SMS to 1900 PORT [protected], i don't get any code or reply back.seems like reliance is blocking it from their end so no one can do mnp

Sir, I am reliance mobile customar last 12 year post paid connection. But manny time network problem. Recently 23/10/2017 at mornings No network in my mobile phone. So I am Service holder manny peopel contrac to me but . Reply is ALL ROUTE ARE BUSY . Why this . So my connection is not necessary. I will Connection SURRENDER it Tarun chakraborty

M form surat, since 26th 0f sept, no network as well as not showing any messages in my reliance gsm card. than one month all office of r com are shutdown. What i can say about "vikas"!!! Kar liya hum ko mutthi main.
We still want to stay with reliance service. Pl. Give good option.
[protected] this no. Was from videocon telecom, m sorry to say she did bewafai before some 2-3 years back, after i was forced to chose r com now she alco runaway. Videocon gives me some 2-3 months before absconding but r com? Why? Pl. My no. Is imp & is linked with all my lovers.

After the reliance mobile network services shutdown in assam, i'm trying to port my phone to another network. But whenever i try to sent the sms of port to 1900 it doesn't get sent. Always there is an error. But i can send sms to other mobile phones.

As all the reliance mobile phones are facing this issue in assam, everyone is frustrated.

I think they have blocked the port message service to 1900

After the reliance mobile network services shutdown in Assam, I'm also trying to port my phone to another network. But whenever I try to sent the SMS of PORT to 1900 it doesn't get sent. Always there is an message failed. But I can send SMS to other mobile phones.

Kindly give tge solution asap

My name is manju. I put sms to 1900 for changing network operator reliance to other due to reliance stop 2g service. But i didn't get any response to reliance and i didn't get any upc number and also tried to contact reliance customer care but customer representative not available.

Since reliance network is downand having problems and we wanted to port our mobile numberto another network company. But reliance rejects the port request saying its corporate number and we cannot port that number. Since i am using this number from many years and this number is given to n number of people and service provider, i want this number only but could not port. Please help.

My reliance number has stopped working since 2 days without prior information or at least an sms. It shows the signal but no outgoing or incoming. I have enrolled this number in all my official and personal works. This number is very important to me. I cannot do any tranaction without this number. Please. Please provide some solution at least the way to get porting code.

For porting my existing reliance gsm number i send request for generating unique code for porting, which was successfully generated and received by me. However, while placing request for mnp at other service providers viz. Vodafone and airtel unique code for porting is not being accepted. Even reliance has shutdown its customer care number, none is responding for any kind of support. Please help in this regard as the existing mobile number is vital and important for almost every services.

I had closed the account but still reliance kept harrassing me to pay the bill of rs 515 for the dongle device which i did not use after asking for closure of it.
Still i went ahead and paid the amount to save my self from mental harrasement and did net transfer as per their instructions.
When i tried doing it the system kept showing error but then checked my bank account to know that transfer of rs 600 was done 3 times instead of once.
And after writing mails and calling them still the excess amount has not been credited to my account

Please confirm on the same asap as we have three billing connections for my family & would like to continue till its very end.
