[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Bad behaviour of Reliance Customer care executive

Hi, I called customer care for my problem but the guy shouted on me and used abusive language and disconnected my call. I called back customer care many times but everytime they are picking the call and disconnecting it. Is the the behaviour i should expect from such a big service provider.
