[Resolved] Reliance Communications — balance cut without any reason

Yesterday i recharge my sim no [protected] for 20rupees but after that reliance has cut my all balance, but i haven't activated any pack still.. And if i call the number 198 it speaks its not a valid number.. Can you return my balance please... Any why it happeneds, why the company cut the balance, i've faced thus kind of problems before. As a loyal and valuable customer of reliance, the company should not do this with us. I'm very disappointed for this..
