[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Balance deducted but customer care agent unable to solve the problem.

Address:Khordha, Odisha

I had recharged of 395 on [protected] mobile number. In this 30min/day for local & std from reliance to other mobile. But I have 15-20mins from the free mins then also balance deduct from my main balance. I called to customer care but they are unable to solve the problem And also block my number. so I am unable to call to customer care also Now what can I do pls tell me. Again my balance debited on 04aug 2015.
I had recharge 395 pack on 08july 2015.
That one 28days validity so upto 04aug validity of that pack. Then why my balance deduct.
please solve the issue as soon as possible.
This is 2nd time happen.
