Respected Sir,
Please see attached picture,
I have Rupees 148 balance in my mobile no. [protected] on 30 Dec 2016.

I want check my mobile balance on 31 Dec 2016 and 1 Jan 2017 but I have not received any details about balance.

Now I have checked my mobile balance then found Rupees 0.076.

I am trying to call in customer care but call not connecting from 30 Dec 16 to till time. So I am writing here.

I have not make any call or SMS more then Rupees 20.

So please refund Rupees 128 in my mobile no. [protected].

If my mobile go out of coverage area then call me in [protected].
