Reliance Communications — balance deducted due to unknown reasons

I do not know what has been going on with reliance lately. First, their service was bad and now, i cannot even connect to the customer helpline. I have tried many ways to contact with customer helpline but didn't succeed. Finally, i had to write down the complaint. Hope they look into my problem as soon as possible.
