[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Balance deducted from my account-[protected].Happens many times | |||
I am not able to place call from my relaince gsm numebr [protected].I got IVR error message "Please recharge your account.I checked for accoutn balance .I had balance for 70 rupees.But later the customer care agent called me in reply to mail saying that ur account has no balance and thats the reason u r not able toplace call. i dont know how the account balance is deducted and if i ask that customer care agent she sadi she will register a complaint.But till now there is no repsonse from them .My money is not reimbursed to my account.Instead it shows a zero balance.please provide refund of the amount which is deducted from my account Was this information helpful? | |||
