Have balance of more than ₹ 200 in my account number [protected] which is a reliance gsm connection, kolkata circle, till 26 / 7 / 2015. But today morning i. E 27 / 7 / 2015 i have found nil balance in my account. I have already contact 198 to register a complain, but they said what they usually say whenever you want to register a complain that they are having system upgradation so they can't help me now. I have contacted twice but got same response. So, what can i do to get refund of my faulty deduction
