Dear sir, I am jugal kishore sharma. I am from jaipur rajasthan. I am the reliance gsm prepaid customer, my mobile no is [protected]. Many time raised complaint for regarding balance deduction issue. My 1950/- near about deducted on date 21 april 2017 within approx 30 min. Recently my requested has been escalated but my issue is still pending, so please kindly take appropriate action for this issue. I am mentally disturbed because my 1950/- amount useless detected.
