Hi, My mobile number is [protected]. You deducted my balnce without any reason i have already activated net pack but you deducted more than 100 rs when i called your customer care they said they can't refund why its not possible even i didn't use that number for outgoing calls very rate time i use that sim so please check into matter and refund my balance...
