[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Balance deduction

My mobile number is [protected], yesterday that n balance was more than 100rs but today it's showing 2rs why i already complain about this i use this n for calls very rare time and already have net pack than why you deducted money again and again..
And i received call from your side person name is abhishek mishra, employee id is afum[protected], mobile no. Is [protected], he asked me my debit card details he said you can only refund my money in my account why i never heard this thing... Please look in to matter and resolve my problem.
Please refund my money as soon as possible.
