Reliance Communications — balance deduction

Dear sir,
My name is aditya prakash dubey live in ghaziabad and my mobile no is [protected], my last recharge was on 16 aug with rs=70 and from that day only deduction process start and today my balance around 58 rupees was deducted. My whole family using your service from past decade and i want to continue the same but this kind of action put bad image of the service.
This is my heartiest request to please see to my problem and try to resolve this as soon as possible.
