[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — balance deduction

Sir,
Within 10days two times of my amount was deducted of my no.[protected] without any reason. Iam in full dnd option and have no vas services.
When i tried to contact they are not allowing to talk with customercare, i tried 198 and*333 numbers. Simply informing that services to customer care are temporarily stopped.
What a hell of reliance gsm. Please take the action against of it.
