[Resolved] Reliance Communications — balance deduction.

Good evening!! My reliance number is [protected]. On 6th of september, my balance is deducted from my account uselessly. As i have not activated any vas service. But i received message regarding vas service like... You have been subscribed to skywaygame and bwoodmania service for seven days. But i have not activated any vas service. Kindly deactivate my service and refund my full balance. And whenever i call on 198.. It couldn't connect to the customer service representative.
