I akash singh had a recharge of rs. 150 and on 4th july i recharge a internet plan of rs. 93 and after five days of plan it got deactivated from your end when i complain regarding this they resolved it and what ever charges has deducted from my account has been credited to my account yesterday and again today you deducted my balance may i know the reason behind this rubbish thing you are doing with me
