Dear sir / madam,
This is prasath & i am reliance customer from it's launch 2003 earlier it was a cdma postpaid connection, then i have changed it to prepaid, then from cdma to gsm. My mobile no. [protected]. This no. I am not using much as i am in bangalore. When i go to my home town salem i will be using it. Earlier also my be 6-8 month ago i have recharged it with rs.150 & i dint use it & it was deducted when i checked with the customer care people in the store they told me if the mobile is not used for more time balance will be deducted.
I accepted that & i recharged my mobile again on 22/04/2017 with rs.150 (Full talk time) i came to bangalore again. I did not even spend a single peny in that mobile was switched off after a month when i checked the balance on 23/05/2017. It was 0.23. I was totally shocked. When i went to my home town on 25/05/2017. I went to reliance communication store in salem - gugai. Where i recharged, said the details & asked about it they told me, they can only check 2 days record & not more than that so they where not ready to help. I explained in all the manner they told nothing can be done from their end. They told me to call customer care - 198 & check.
When i tried calling 198 call dint established so asked for help in store. They informed that option is not available every thing got in vain. It was very much disgusting.
After that i left that store & reached home & called to 198 call dint established properly few time i tried then it connected then again it got dropped in the middle. After all this happening i call to 30333333 from my other no. Some how after few attempt was able to reach them when i explained the problem again same thing like up to 2 day record only they can check prior to that its not possible, so again no help. Its not acceptable. If customer is having some issue the customer care executive must check all the possible ways to help the customer & give the best solution, but here they don't even check any option they are very much keen in disconnection the call & ask for rating. I asked the executive to transfer the call to his superior. Here also the same thing where told to me. I explained in all the manner for more then 45 min & told him its my hard earned money need the proper details of it. He told check the options available & revert back to me in 24 - 48 hours on 25/05/2017 now its almost 2 weeks still now no result. Let me know what next to be done.
