[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Balance deduction in name of internet usage

Dear sir,
Shockingly, i have found that rs.8.30 has been deducted from my a/c balance rs.11.43 in name of internet usage. I have recharged rs.365 for 1gb / day 2g data validity 365 days on 23rd june 2017. This is so shocking & ridiculous. Further your your 198 toll-free number never working and your customer care representatives never take request from loyal customers.

Kindly look into the matter and refund my above deducted amount quickly.

Today morning ( 10.00.am to 11.00am ), I have received a call ( +91 22 ****6300 )from your Customer service team and discussed above my complaint in detail.She assured me to resolve this matter.So I sincerely hope that I will take benefit of 1GB / Day ( 00.01 hr to 23.59 hr ) (every day ) 2G data for 365 days without fear of deducting main account balance in name of internet usage.Best Regards.(H.Trivedi) M:[protected].

Dear Sir.,
As updated you earlier on date.12.07.2017 regarding detail discussion and assurance given to resolve the matter by Your Customer Service team as under, She assure to resolve as under :-
1) to refund deducted Rs.8.30 from main balance Rs.11.43 in the name of internet usage.
2) to make 198 toll-free number working.
3) 1GB 2G Data is to be credited within 00.01am to 00.10 am hrs of Day instead of late morning ( 04.00 am) So I can take benefit of 1GB / Day ( 00.01 am Hr to 23.59 pm Hr ) (every day ) 2G data for 365 days without fear of deducting main account balance in name of internet usages.
I regret that all this matter are yet not resolved till date.
