[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Balance deduction in name of internet usage | |
Dt.11.07.2017 Dear sir, Shockingly, i have found that rs.8.30 has been deducted from my a/c balance rs.11.43 in name of internet usage. I have recharged rs.365 for 1gb / day 2g data validity 365 days on 23rd june 2017. This is so shocking & ridiculous. Further your your 198 toll-free number never working and your customer care representatives never take request from loyal customers.
