From last two months the company send me a sms that amount charged for vas rs.20/10/5/3 e.t.c. something amount of rs. 250 deducted till date.& on 16.7.2014 i changed my phone then something 175 rs. of amount debited by company when i enter the sim in ew phone.& there is no value added service connected to my phone. then i aplied to port this no.[protected] .then i recieved a call that whole amouunt will refund in 24-48 hours & ur no. also removed from waiting call to customer care.& since last six months i have tried thousand of time to customer care but my phone never connected to the customer service executive.
now i decided to port this no. to another network as well as i will file a complaint against ur company in consumer forum.i[censored] can rectify it within 24 hours then its ok otherwise i feel no hesitation to take my step.
