[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Balance deduction without permission | |||
This is with reference to the above subject that my balance has been deducted without my approval and this has been done several times. Upon calling the customer care helpline, the person told that the balance will be refunded. The balance was refunded but again it was deducted for some other services. Again I called the customer care and got a reply that system upgradation is running, the issue cannot be resolved now. Then again I called today(28.05.2017) and got a reply that the balance could not be refunded because 24 hours has been lapsed. Are you joking? Seriously? The reply was given by Chand Guha. This is a gentle request to the concerned person to please look into the matter and try to resolve it ASAP. This is not possible for me to everytime call and beg for "my" own money.
