[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Balance not received | |||||
I made recharge of Rs.50 from retailer on[protected] around 10:28 the confirmation received on 10:30 to me and retailer but i have not received balance yet. i had been contacted to customer care many times every time i was asked to wait for 1.5 to 2 hours many times. today i made 5 calls to customer care where on record they agreed for recharge made and no balance received to me yet in the name of higher authority i had to wait 8 minitus twice on last call after waiting 5 minites some higher authority picked the call and confirming all the same details, told me to wait for 2 hours for receiving the complain for balance transfer mismatch then after 24 hours i might have my balance back is this corporate culture. they are having problem in their system and we have suffer.
