[Resolved] Reliance Communications — balance reduction for internet when internet pack taken | |||
Every day after 12 am (Midnight), the daily 1gb per day internet pack (Rs 193) stops to work and full balance reduction for the internet. There were no terms and conditions mentioned in the product note on their website. This happens even when the daily limit of 1 gb is not utilized completely. I am facing serious problem as twice my balance has been completely cut as they dont intimate that balance is getting deducted. Only when balance is zero, every thing stops.
