Reliance Communications — Before migration from 3g to 4g reliance promised that no change plan change for existing customer.

Hi, i bought new 3g reliance datacard before 3 months and they stopped 3g services and forced me to migrate to 4g and they promised me that i can continue with existing 3g plan charges (Rs. 999 40gb data unlimited) to 4g speed. But suddenly they changed my plan to 5gb limited. I called customer care on 31.08.2016 their escalation department person confirmed me that they have given the statement "post 4g migration there will be no change on existing plan and charges. I can continue rs999 40gb unlimited plan) and they told me that they have sent a communication to my via email on plan on 24.08.2016 which i never received.
So i asked that executive to take a complaint on below two point which they rejected to take the complaint.
Point 1: why they have given false statement before migration (No change on plan and price)
Point 2: if they already sent email communication to my email id then i need a copy of that email.

Note: i have call recording proof with me.
Reliance myservices portal also showing 999 40gb plan only.

I request you to kindly take a complaint and provide me the solution.

Dear Mr. Praveen,
I filed online petition against RCOM in https://www.change.org/p/trai-must-act.
After that RCOM customer care officer called me from Mumbai and not giving clear answer for our issue.
I have attached the copy of RCOM reply.
