[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Being disconnecting my landline number

i requested that my landline number should be cancelled because they not sent me bill statment, call statement, and they chargerd me 100 rupees as penlty
for not paying bll amount.. its like u ppl didnt sent bill to my location then how can i pay it.. and there is very poor service .. and i paid ur bill amount to nearest realiance office .. they took amount, and did not applied its malleshwaram baranch bangalore .. his name is vinayak .. plz kindly take action on him.. for so plz disconnect my landline connection .. i request to publice plz pay in online
